those who are involved (Narayan and Patnaik, 2020). It is important for the organisation to set at
least targets against discrimination based on race, religion, culture or background of the
employees.
If the discriminator commits the same act of discrimination again then they will be eligible
for criminal charges and will definitely have to face legal issues. It can also ruin their careers as
it is included in unethical behaviour and will ruin the reputation of the employee.
It is essential for the company to make sure that their staffing process does not include
such types of discrimination as it can cause legal compliance for the company as well. It is
important for the company to make sure that their recruitment process is just and fair and does
not include any activity which can be taken as discrimination.
The appointment and nomination process of the company must comply with all the
inclusivity criteria and must ensure that the company is inviting and hiring people of all gender,
race and religion and are promoting them on the basis of their merit and not on the basis of their
class (Sales and et. al, 2017).

organisation. It is the responsibility of each and every member of the organisation to make sure
that there are no such practises that are against the rules and norms of the organisation.
As for me I make sure that I am following all the rules and regulations of the organisation
and will take full responsibility to make sure that there are no discrimination activities going on
(Palatna, 2020). Those who are practising discrimination are held responsible for their acts and
strict actions must be taken against them.

about the consequences as well.

motivate them in order to participate in the learning activities and also demonstrate their strength
and knowledge for their assessment. These practices provide value to the diversity of student and
also proper support in terms of enhancing their learning experiences (Rapp and Corral-Granados,

classroom considering the needs of several students by having proper modifications and
differentiation in curriculum. There is a teaching approach for the students that are having
different kind of disabilities and it is also required for the specialist training. For this, I need to
make sure that this type of programs has been conducted in the institute by which I can get
proper opportunities for the equal learning. Further, I need to set teaching strategies that provide
proper support to students as some of them need more extra support for that and I also need to
make sure that they will get proper assistance in order to make difference among students
regarding their learning and who are living with disabilities.
