INTRODUCTION
There is need of inclusiveness in order to teach the students in effective manner. This helps
to provide education and development of all the students (Özokcu 2018). There is evaluation
related to roles and responsibilities of professional values. It is necessary to take care about
professional values as they benefit inclusive teaching. The teacher must promote equality and
diversity so that all the students are provided best place to study.

3.1 summarises own role and responsibilities
Being a teacher of health and social care there is need of involving all the students in the
class. I carry on the experiments and try to involve all the students in the classroom. The
promotion of inclusive practice provides responsibility to all the learners. They are able to
celebrate success by learning in proper manner (Gigante and Gilmore, 2020). I take feedback on
regular basis so that all the performance of the students. I take care of the behaviour of the
students so that they are able to attain successful position.
3.2 Explain the relationship between own role and the roles of other professionals
The other professionals help to get peer review so that mistakes and problems can be
understood. All the challenges are overcome with the help of peer advise. This provides me
opportunity to enhance my skills by taking review from other professionals. The students are
able to get option to ask them about the doubts. The need of knowing about the changes in
curriculum and letting the students learn about the concepts and changes so that they are able to
remember the information.
3.3 Identifies points of referral
Each and every student need referral. There is need of professional help so that all the
problems are solved. The specialist is treated as referral so that they give best advice to the
students. The mentor support is being provided to the students in order to help the students at
each and every level (Ngwenya, 2019). They provide them support at each and every level so
that they are able to work in effective manner. The referral can be from the external parties as
well as from the internal parties. It is necessary to teach all the students and provide them extra

guidance. There is need of counselling then the career counsellor provides them direction so that
they are able to learn effectively. The use of such guidance is necessary for success and growth
of health and social care students.
4.1 review benefits of an inclusive learning environment
It helps to tailor teaching for all the learners by providing them inclusive learning
environment. The individual needs of the diverse students are being fulfilled. They are
motivated to learn when there is inclusive teaching.
I provide support to all the students of health and social care. They have fear in the mind
while studying and the same in eliminated at the time so that better learning takes place
(Raley, Shogren and Hagiwara, 2022). This support is necessary to enhance the learning
experience of the students and maintain effective conditions.
The expectations of all the students is being fulfilled in an inclusive classroom. This
helps in skill development of the students so that the process of learning takes place. The
traditional approach of teaching is now changed.
This helps to bring better motivation in the classroom and teach the latest to the students.
There is need of providing best to the students as per their requirements so that they are
able to attain career objectives.
I have learnt that bringing inclusiveness is important for the success of individuals who are
ready to learn. I use this practice to teach the diverse students of health and social care.
4.4 review strategies for effective liaison between professionals
The strategies collaborative working practices for the students of health and social care. It is
necessary to have proper channels of communication that helps the students to learn at each and
every level. All the barriers in communication must be eliminated so that there is positive
environment in the classroom and all the students are ready to learn (Thompson and Brewster,
2022). I keep on motivating the students so that they have positive attitude towards learning. the
activities in the class and knowledge by sharing the responsibilities. The practice of collaborative
working with other professionals is one of the necessary task to win inclusive practices in
classroom.

4.2 Explain the ways to promotes equality and value diversity
First of all, I follow Equality Act, 2010 and treat all the students in the classroom
effectively. There is need of providing them equal opportunities and not discriminating them on
any ground. The notes and lecture provided to them are similar and helps them to learn
effectively. All of them are given similar projects so that they are able to enhance their skills and
knowledge (Werner and ET. AL., 2021). There is need of taking care of the requirements of the
students so that better knowledge is provided to the students so that they are able to learn.
The diverse students are part of the class and there is need of providing them better place to
learn and develop themselves. I engage them in activities so that they are able to develop them. I
encourage team working and provide chance to all the students so that they can become leader
and lead the team mates.
4.3 analyse ways to promote inclusion
There are various case studies and student’s engagement activities that help me to include
the students in the class. The problems faced by all the students are solved by me on right time so
that they are able to enhance their working pattern in effective manner. All the students are
provided daily work and their feedback is given consideration. This helps me to promote
inclusion in class.
5.1 review the effectiveness of your own inclusive practice
Self assessment review (SAR) plays a critical role in enhancing the areas in which one lacks.
I always evaluate myself at the end of the day and right down both positive and negative aspects
being done. I have good communication skills and they help me to interact with the students. At
the same time there is problem of understanding and I need to enhance the same. I also take
feedback from the peers as they always observe and help to know the short comings. This makes
me aware about my mistakes and take necessary actions (Kiseleva and ET. AL., 2021). All the
actions be taken by me have key role of bringing inclusiveness.
5.2 identify strengths and areas for development
The strength includes communication skills that keeps the class interacting. Another
strength is decision making skills that help me to take all the decisions at right time and keep
engaging all the students in the class.

My weaknesses include, I am bad at understanding skills and for this I observe my senior
teachers and learn from them. It is one of the necessary task that helps to learn in effective
manner. I need to enhance problem solving skills so that all the students trust me share all the
problems with me.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded there is need of using inclusiveness in order to teach
the students. There is need of evaluating own performance and taking the actions to improve
them.
