Inclusive practice describe as building an inclusive classroom community by
implementing certain practices where the opportunities have been provided to the students
irrespective of their academic or cognitive level in order to included in the general education
classroom as well as involving in standard based curriculum (Mkonto, 2021). The following
report is prepared for Education and Training (DET) inclusive practice. The report covers
influencing learning factors as well as the impact of policy and regulatory frameworks on
inclusive practice.
MAIN BODY
1.1
There are many factors that influenced learning which includes personal, social as well as
cultural factors. Personal factors involves age, gender as well as development of language that
influence learning. It has been analysed that the young age people has good grasping memory
that are important for learning but they has low concentration power which affects their learning.
On the other hand, old people does not have sharp memory but they have high concentration
power in order to learn. Peer pressure describes as social factors that affects the learning of an
individual. If the learner is influenced to take drugs by their peers which also affects their
learning abilities and their mental health (Bruce, 2020). The culture of individual also affects
their learning. If the culture encourage learning by telling them about the importance of learning
in life which helps in improving the learning abilities of the learner. This makes important for the
education and training (DET) in order to considered all these factors in order to provide better
training to the learners.
1.2
Cognitive skills are important in order to influenced learning of the individual. Reading ability is
most crucial cognitive skills for the individual learning. The individual who has the ability of
read can effectively learn in comparison to the one who can not read properly. The individuals
who has good physical abilities which helps in boosting their learning as it make easier for them
in order to complete all the tasks of reading and writing. The individual that has physical
disabilities are found difficulties in learning when does not have supportive equipments (Otero,

2021). Sensory abilities are also important for learning. Sensory developments are important for
brain development. The brain development is crucial for promoting easy learning. A well
developed brain of an individual make it easier for them in order to learn any skills and
behaviour. This makes Education and training (DET) trainer to develop multi-sensory classroom
where all the abilities and disabilities students can effectively learn.
2.1
There are many types of policy and regulatory frameworks in inclusive practice. The
most important regulatory frameworks is Equality Act 2010 which is an important policy in
education and training that makes important for the teachers to ensure that the learners get equal
opportunity and in order to eliminate discrimination in the classroom. This act advocates non-
discrimination based on age, gender and disability. This act is also important for the Education
and Training DET trainer in order to follow it while providing training to learners. This makes
them to provide equal rights to the different disables learners like other able learners so they
effectively learn and trained in better manner.
2.2
Policies of the nations and regulatory frameworks that are the main aspects in order to influence
the policies of the organisation. The organisation in order to observe the principles and
guidelines of the inclusivity as they must have set thresholds and standards for the inclusivity in
order to serve minimum targets. In case of Education and training (DET), the policy and
regulatory frameworks that are required to be considered while providing training to the trainers
which includes Duty of Care, IFL Code of Conduct and Safeguarding (Wald, 2018). Duty of care
is a legal obligation which helps in ensuring the safety or well-being of learners while providing
training. IFL code of conduct and Safeguarding is also used to provide protection to the learner
from any kind of damage or harm with the help of appropriate measure in order to get proper
training in the training institute.
