factor affect the learning of the students.
Gender
Girls and Boys are two different human beings who think differently. Like girls are more
sensitive and emotional for example in within the organization girls are better leaders and better

where the ancestors was doctor, engineer, philanthropist. So genetically, the student also having
the same qualities. Contrary, some other students belongs to non education background. So also
they having less interest towards learning. This factor might affect the inclusive learning. It has
been analysed that every student has their own family background that decides what children will
perform in their career. Family members and there decision is very important in individual life's.
Social Factors
Social class depends how much students belongs to middle, lower and upper class
families. This system affect the student learning and background due to which many of the
student suffer.

Religious attitudes affect the student leaning due to having old thoughts. Such as many of
the families lives in villages or in backward area where the facilities of schools learning is very
less. So sometimes such factors has directly impact the student learning.

having hearing loss, vision loss can not be able to learn new things. Physical difficulty affect the
student learning and future outcomes which might be less productive as compare to other
students. In other words, People who suffering from visual impairment can affect the growth of
the individual development and also this weakness can affect the student learning as well.
2.1 Summarising policy regulators framework relating to inclusive practices.
Equality Act (2010)
Under the Equality Act 2010 it is totally unlawful for any education provider to
discriminate people on grounds of age, sex, sex, disability, religion etc. Every student has right to
study and get admission in the educational institution. As per this act it also divided into four
sections Direct discrimination under which people has been discriminated on the basis of
favouritism. Indirect Discrimination, when people are treated as the same way results in putting
with a protected characteristics at a disadvantage. Third one is Discrimination arising from
disability, under which physical disable people treated unfavourably. Last one is failure to make
reasonable adjustments. Alls such discrimination are prohibited for learning provider. Under the
act of Equality every student or individual having the right to study weather they belongs to any
region, caste, race etc. None of the education institute have right to discriminate person on this
basis of such grounds.
Also, education institute will not able to degrade disable people in terms of given
facilities, learning practices at the place. UK laws strictly prepared law for the such people so
that they can easily adopt inclusive learning practices. Between age of 14 and 19 young people
start thinking about their future goals.
14-19 curriculum and qualification reforms are exactly regulate such system of learning
and give authority to students to itself select their own career opportunity.

2.2 Explaining how policy and regulatory framework influence company policies relating to
inclusive practice.
New policy and legal framework somehow influence organizational policies relating to
inclusive practice such framework are Staffing ratios, compliant procedure, requirement for CPD
and convenience, quality assurance. Such as CRB procedure which is also known as student
screening procedure which is essential for the educational businesses. According to this act every
organization should need to check each and every student in proper manner in order to adjust the
things accordingly. If organization found with such activities. It will be given very negative
impact on their reputation. Such as Quality Assurance is the another most important procedure
which required for the companies to adopt. School or other learning institution should have some
quality assurance approaches to assure student learning. Otherwise it would have been given
huge impact on the reputation. Other legal framework should also be considered by the
organizations in order to fulfil the student goals and objectives.
In such regulations and act training staff is also play a most important role. Training staff
can take responsibility to spread such laws and regulatory framework among employees that
inclusive learning is essential for the students.
TASK 2-Reflective
3.1 Own roles and responsibilities relating to inclusive practice session.
Being a teacher and parent my role is very important to make student skill full and
brilliant. Parent is the first teacher of the children who teach children the names of family
relations and love. When children grow up they become students in education institution. Where
they interact with teachers. So being a teacher I have many responsibilities and duties which I
need to perform (Castaño, Méndez and Galindo, 2015). All areas of education has been changed
now more additional programs now has been added to the curriculum which is a challenging task
for teachers. I am responsible for letting student learn new concepts. For example, I am a
primary teacher for that I am responsible for organising the classroom and learning resources and
creating creative displays for the student identification. In inclusive learning, I also the
responsible person who meet the curriculum objectives to develop student interpersonal skills.
As well as I am also liable to assure student healthy environment to better understand the
objectives and goals to deal with new development era. Other duties of mine is coordinating
activities, organising events for students, liaising working flexibility. Being as a teacher I also

responsible for taking care about the students make sure they have surrounded in safe
environment. I liable for the duty to make sure the targets and make the system more clearly
defined and better understand the leading business opportunities. Inclusive learning practice is
very impressive and productive activity for the students that I need to be make sure and ensure
that students timely getting all such services. Being as a mentor I will always adhere my duties
for the interest of students.
3.2 Explaining relationship between roles of other professional involved.
In inclusive learning practices there are different roles who perform their own roles and
responsibilities. Such as Parents, Care taker and Teachers, the purpose of all role is common
which is protect and develop the student learning process to make them competitive, challenging
and productive. Being as a Primary teacher my role is to ensure overall activities of the students
such as to make sure communication skill, listening skill. Also, being as a teacher my role is to
better understand the ability and the needs of my students. Relationship with other professional
like other teachers, care taker all are work together for a purpose is to provide healthy
atmosphere to the students (Fortunato and et.al., 2016). SEN is the another tool which is useful
for difficulties or disabilities to make it harder for children to learn that most of the children are
of same age group. Such issues can be in understanding and learning, difficulty related
behavioural and emotional changes, problem in speech and sensory etc. So it has been evaluated
that, each role has their own quality and dis-quality towards the business growth.
3.3 Identifying referral available to meet individual learning needs.
In order to meet the individual needs I can also use of different approaches to make this
happen. Various inclusive resources & practices are available that enable to provide learning to
the students. Such as Traffic light system, this is a kind of learning support tool that cherish
student abilities to thinking and aware about the different aspects. Such learning tool can also
support students to know the responsibilities and accountability.
By the help of getting suggestions from seniors and mentors can be other way to
understand understand the situation analysis. This tool can also be the helpful tool for me to meet
individual learning tool. However, such business objective can effectively work in productive
manner (Hollins, 2015). Providers work closely with the organizations which outside the sector
to give students authentic, structured opportunities for learning in a workplace setting. Such
system will definitely work according to such manner. This theme provides practical advice on

the formal agreements. Design, information and monitoring pivotal to effective provisions in this
area. In order to meet the individual needs before referral I also make sure to provides the work
based learning provider so that it keeps the student learning sustainable. It helps to determine the
best approach and gain the systematic results outcomes to be more energetic and performing
well. Being as a teacher I can use different resources as referral like traffic lights, referring
student for functional tutorial or mentor support.
4.1 Key features and benefits of an inclusive learning environment.
Inclusive learning environment program is the most essential programs to develop the
better understanding and growth of the student. Inclusive education motivating student to learn
new things and build up their internal capabilities. The main purpose of this learning is to
influence the new achievements in terms of approaching the future task. Celebrating
achievements and respect for other in order to make the positive attitude. Inclusive learning is
beneficial for me and for students. Being as a teacher learning practices enable to build my
knowledge and experience which is very useful for the future growth. Besides, referring students
and policies for student to get new area of development. Inclusive learning is the following
business task which makes the things more unrealistic (McLellan, Caldwell, and Lieberman,
2016). There are major four benefits of Inclusive learning one of them are Tailors Teaching for
all learner all students learn differently. In this process student as well as teachers also learn new
things and new experience which is very useful for both of them. This activity give support to
students in terms of development, growth. It also create high expectations for all in terms of
academic standards. Differentiated instruction and co-teaching in a general education classroom
which make it very easier.
4.4 Strategies for effective liaison between professionals involved practice.
To better communication with parents, colleagues or other staff members. According to
me the appropriate liaison tool is meeting where the all individuals can talk can ask anything
from the other person. This is the best way to resolve issues or passing any vital thought or
information. After meeting, for me E-mail is the second most effective way to communicate
which sounds more professional. In present days, each and every person has their own e-mail id
which they regularly check an important mails and it is also very important and good habit for all
of us as well. So according to me these are the effective communication tool between
professional involved in practices or of student learning. There are different more channel that
6

enable to maintained the professional networks between them. Like phone after completing the
work hours teacher can also communicate on the phone which is the most convenient option for
them to gain the different knowledge. Also, it applies the basic information and better developed
market opportunity. Other method can be meetings, follow up, keeping in up to date and keeping
others informed etc. all such activities and methods can be done accordingly.

Current legislation Recognising own roles and responsibilities, Reviewing own

such framework influence the training sessions because of sudden changes in the policies and
environment (Mesidor and Sly, 2016). In education systems policies and student curriculum can
be changed anytime as per the current standards. This is the another reason due to which things
get affected and direct affect the inclusive practice sessions. All such different new framework
models are highly influence the working environment and change the business growth strategies
to analyse the business goals. Along with this, knowing own approaches and develop new
strategies of inclusive learning which can be affect or impact the student learning programmes.

On the basis of feedback given from students and peers I got to know some of my good
points and bad as well. By the help of self assessment review. I got to know many things about
me which is very helpful to correct myself and improve some of the areas. So during the whole
session I got to know that how teacher should supposed to perform some activities. And for
which I am getting positive reviews from my peers. Besides, my negative point is my lack of
