INTRODUCTION
Inclusive teaching is determined as range of approaches related to teaching which
consider the diverse requirement as well as background of all students to develop a learning
environment where every student feel valued and at that place every learner or students are
treated equal (Agbenyega and Klibthong, 2020). There are several factors which include in
inclusive teaching such as teacher must respect diversity of students, provide equal opportunities
to students and many more. The main aim of developing this report is to determine information
related to inclusive teaching and learning. Topics include in this assignment are teaching and
learning approaches, methods and resources, communication methods, feedbacks to learning in
order to meet individual needs. Moreover it will also include delivery if inclusive teaching and
learning as well as it include areas for improvement for delivering teaching service.
MAIN BODY
4.1 Use teaching and learning approaches, resources and assessment methods to meet individual
learner needs
A teacher need to adopt several teaching and learning approaches, resources and
assessment method in order to meet individual learner requirement which help them in
developing effective future. Below some of the main teaching and learning approaches, resources
and assessment methods are given:-
Teaching and learning approaches
Positive and open body language – According to this teacher need to maintain positive as
well as open body language so that learner can feel comfortable in class and interact with
the teacher (Connor and Cavendish, 2020). It will also motivate students and encourage
them to understand information which is delivered by teacher.
Maintain eye contact – In respect of this approach teacher need to develop as well as
maintain eye contact with students as that will help them in delivering more quality
lecture as well as it also encourage students to be presentable as well as attentive in class.

Power point presentation – It is one of the main effective resources which can be adopted
by teacher as this will more attractive and help in engaging students in the classes.
Moreover, it will also leads to proper discussion in class room.
Handouts – According to this teaching and learning resource teacher will provide easy to
read study material to students so that they can conduct learning process any time as well
as through it students conduct learning by them.
Teaching and learning assessment method
Consult – According to this method teacher need to conduct consulting process with the
students so that they can understand whether students are studying in effective manner or
not (Gordon, 2020)(Marquart and Counselman , 2020).
Conduct test – In respect of this teaching and learning assessment method teacher will
conduct test so that they can determine whether students understand their course and
learning properly or not.
These are some of the main teaching and learning approach, resources and assessment
methods which a teacher can adopt in order to determine whether they are delivering lecture in
effective manner or not. Through this teacher also able to determine whether students are
understanding their course or not.
4.2 Communicate with learners in ways which meet their individual needs
There are several factors which need to be considered by teacher while conducting
communication with learners so that they can meet individual requirement properly. From which
some are mentioned below:-
Using appropriate language – According to this factor teacher must use appropriate language in
the class so that students can easily understand it. Language which is used by teacher must be
simple as well as not contain abuse language because that will impact on the students and their
learning (Marquart and Shedrick, 2020). In addition to this teacher also need to include some
addition information related to topics as that will enhance effectiveness of students.
Use appropriate and positive body language – In respect of this teacher need to adopt and use
appropriate as well as positive body language so that students attract to them and encourage

listening to them. According to this, teacher must always be with smiling face as well as use
polite language so that learner feel comfortable as well as get encourage to interact with teacher
and be attentive in class.
Ask direct and indirect questions – In respect of this factor it is essential for the teacher to ask
direct as well as indirect questions in class so that interaction process will conduct properly in the
classroom (Mitchell and Sutherland, 2020). In addition to this, it will also help in building
confidence among the students as well as it will also help teacher in determining that learners are
understanding chapter or course effectively.
Conduct role play – According to this teacher need to conduct role play in the class room so that
student enjoys learning process as well as it also leads to effective communication in class which
enhance effectiveness of students. This will also encourage learner to take part in role play as
well as it also lead to effective communication with teacher as well as among students.
These are main methods or factors which are considered by teacher in order to develop
and maintain effective communication at the classroom with the learners so that they conduct
studies effectively.
4.3 Provide constructive feedback to learners to meet their individual needs
Feedback is essential for every person because through it they able to determine their
effectiveness as well as weakness according to which they can conduct improvement activities.
Similarly it is essential for the students to get proper as well as regular feedbacks so that they can
conduct practices related to the improvement. There are several methods which are adopted by
teacher while providing feedbacks to the students, from which some are mentioned below:-
Provide summative and formative feedback – According to this, teacher need to provide feedback
after during the summative as well as formative assessment because that will help students in
identifying their mistakes (Paseka and Schwab, 2020). For this students, teacher and parent can
conduct improvement accordingly which help in getting more marks during next summative and
formative assessments.
Provide praise, constructive critique and praise again – In respect of this method teacher need to
praise students so that they conduct their studies properly and gain good marks. After that they

need to do constructive critique in which teacher will conduct evaluation of students
improvement after that they will again praise students. Through this methods students able to
increase their skills, knowledge and abilities.
Consider verbal and written feedback – According to this teacher need to provide feedbacks to
students in verbal as well as written form so that they can conduct improvement practices in
effective manner (Stentiford and Koutsouris, 2020). While providing verbal feedback teacher can
provide options through which students can enhance their skills as well as them also motivate
students. In addition to this by providing written feedback students able to get conduct
improvement by considering all the points.
Moreover, there are several benefits which a student will get through the feedback which are
provided by teacher such as students can know as well as understand their strengths as well as
weaknesses. By knowing strengths students able to determine opportunities which help them in
developing successful as well as effective future. In addition to this, students also able to know
their weaknesses which can leads to threats so in order to minimize it students, their parents and
teacher able to take proper strategies which help in improving skills successfully. So for every
teacher it is essential that they provide proper feedbacks to students as that help them directly or
indirectly in developing effective future.
5.1 Review the effectiveness of own delivery of inclusive teaching and learning
The learning approaches I use are; co-operative learning, request or inquiries based learning,
graphic coordinators, using technology, and the VARK modalities. I separate my students into
little group and they cooperate on a commonplace task, in co-operative learning. This is
successful in light of the fact that it makes an increasingly raised measure of reasoning aptitudes
or thinking skills, creates social connection, bolsters an assortment of comprehension, extends
learner’s maintenance, manufactures fearlessness, and advances a decent mindset towards the
point (Wilson, Marks Woolfson and Durkin, 2020). Co-operative learning help the students to
make oral relational abilities, students end up being progressively drawn in and less problematic,
energizes student’s commitment with respect to their own learning, vitalizes basic thoroughly
considering conversations, and understudies have the ability to see conditions from substitute
perspectives.

This empowers students to make examination and meeting skills and it makes the subject even
more significant and critical since it’s practical. The students get as well as hold more realities or

5.2 Identify areas for improvement in your own delivery of inclusive teaching and learning
For teacher it is essential to determine their strengths and weaknesses as that will help
them in improving their effectiveness in appropriate manner. This is essential because for a
teacher it is important that they must have all effective skills as well as they need to have brief
knowledge of their course (Wilson, Marks Woolfson and Durkin, 2020). So for this, teacher
need to conduct proper analysis of themselves and their skill as it will help them in determining
their strengths through which they can grab the opportunities in effective manner. In addition to
this it will also help them in determining their weakness that need to improve in proper time so
that they can deliver lectures properly.
In respect of my skills and abilities, there are some skills which seem to be my strengths
but there are some skills which I need to improve because I am lacking in it. The skills which are
my strength are communication, planning, understanding, problem solving and many more.
Through these skills I able to deliver quality lectures in the class as well as it will also help me in
determining issues of students according to which I provide them solution or suggestions.
Through this relationship between me and my students get more effective as well as they freely
share their issues and accordingly I provide the solutions. But there are some skills which I need
to improve such as adaptability skills because I face issues in adopting new technology, process
or strategy which some time affect my teaching style and standard outcome. Along with this I am

By above mentioned points it can be explained and summarized that for every individual
it is essential to conduct effective learning and in this the major role is played by teacher. It is
essential for a teacher to considered every learner same and provide them equal treatment as well
as opportunities so that they able to make their future effective. While this teacher also need to
understand every student requirement and provide them teaching classes accordingly as well as it
is also essential for them to provide feedback on regular basis. This is so because it will help in
improvement of students effectively. In addition to this, in order to become a teacher an
individual need to have several skills and abilities so that they perform their duties in effective
ways.
