It is very important to develop and create safe or inclusive learning
environment in order to increase learning and capabilities of learner. There
are different learning attributes that will be directly influence and affecting
by the learning environment (Prabowo and Wulandari, 2018). It has been
determined that learning environment will lead to have direct affect on
learning capabilities and potential for learner to understand the concept very
clearly. There are different methods or approaches that can be consider as
effective method for establishing and sustaining a safe or inclusive learning
environment. It is very important to have clean and orderly classroom so that
student can focus on studies. It is crucial that teacher allows student to be
open towards their thoughts and openly express their view point. This will
lead to encourage them as well as enhance their learning capabilities of
students. For example they will be able to easily count, read and write
number to 100. In order to create safe and inclusive learning environment
teacher should celebrate success in learning of students with learners.
Flexibility and
adaptability in the
use of inclusive

learning
Flexibility as well as adaptability is crucial part of learning approaches as
well as support teacher to conduct their activities in more significant and
effective manner. It is essential for inclusive teacher to be flexible as well as
adaptability while the use of inclusive teaching or learning practices
(Kravchenko and et.al., 2020). It has been determined that flexibility and
adaptability is consider as the two importance techniques of classroom. For

crucial that teacher have flexibility an ideas as well as changes plan as per

different ways that could be use by teacher in order to promote equality and
diversity in its teaching activities (Sadownik, Aasen, and Jevtic, 2019). By
promoting equality and diversity in business practices teacher will be able to
develop stong relationship with its students as well as provide them required
information in more creative and attractive manner. Diversity should be
valued in class room activities along with this equality should be promoted.
In order to promote equality and diversity in teaching practices it is crucial to
provide knowledge about the importance of equality and diversity to both
teachers as well as learners. Proper policies should be developed that will
lead to enhance equality and diversity in teaching environment.

It is crucial for teacher to consider minimum core element while conducting and performing
planning, delivering as well as assessing inclusive teaching or learning practices. Minimum core
element consist of different skills and capabilities that should be within a person in order to
conduct teaching or learning activities in more significant manner. Minimum core elements
consist of literacy, numeracy as well as Information communication technology. All of these skill
will support in carrying out, calculation, interpretation, measurement as well as evaluation
practices in more accurate manner (Han, 2018). It is crucial that teacher have all of these skills
while performing teaching practices. Learner needs to have minimum core skills in order to
understand the information as well as increase learning capabilities. These minimum core
elements is important for demonstrating planning, delivering as well as assessing inclusive
teaching or learning task.
Minimum core
There are different minimum core elements that is significant for teaching and learning practices
as this will lead to develop effective planning as well as delivering it in correct manner.
Minimum core element includes literacy, numeracy as well as ICT skills. I have different
minimum core element that are significant for me while delivering teaching lessons to student in
order to increase their understand about topic.
Literacy – Literacy skills includes different types of capability of a person such as

reading, spelling check, writing, grammar, punctuation, syntax of individual as well as
learners work. It is essential to have these skill while planning or delivering teaching
practices to students (Pisoni, 2019). learner needs to have these literacy skills while their
are participating in learning activities. This will support them in understanding the
message more clearly and gaining better knowledge. As a teacher I needs to make sure
when they are delivering lessons to student literacy skills needs to be used properly. In
this teacher needs to read the books or notes as well as make notes which will be
delivered and assessed. For example reading or writing numbers and signs correctly.
Numeracy - This includes skills such as calculation, interpretation, evaluation as well as
measurement. Teacher and learner needs to have numeracy skill as will lead to support in
carry out teaching and learning practices in more effective and significant manner (Raft,
2018). Numeracy skills will help in calculating how long initial and diagnostic activities
will take. I will be able to ascertain and interpret the results in more correct manner with
the support in numeracy skills. For example teaching students to solve additional or
subtracting problems.
ICT Information communication technology skill refer as the capability of an
individual to use different communication tools and technology in more significant
manner. It consist of e- learning platforms, virtual learning environment, e- mails,
application, conferences and other computer software. I am able to use new and advance
technological system while delivering teaching lessons to students. This lead to increase
process of teaching and learning activities. Through effective use of information
communication technology I am able to conduct teaching practices in more creative and
innovative manner.

Action plan can be describe as the plan that will includes different set of series and activities
which is significant in providing direction for performing teaching practices. As a teacher I have
to create an effective action plan that will lead to improve my own teaching practices, delivering

as well as assessment. This will help in performing various task of inclusive teaching and
learning practices in more significant manner so that the student is able to clearly understand the
provided information in correct manner. There are different elements or practices which are
included in the process of action plan. I have develop an effective and strong action plan for
carrying out different inclusive teaching and learning practices. I have evaluate that there are
some students who are facing issues in understanding the provided information in more correct
and accurate manner. It is important for me to develop an creative action plan that will lead to
enhance my teaching practices. Action plan is mention below in detail.
1 Planning - This can be describe as the first step of action plan and in this I have to
develop as proper and accurate plan in order to increase my teaching and learning practices.
In this plan I have develop a proper schedule which includes different activities and task
which needs to be performed in order to improve teaching practices. I have plan to take
small oral test or discussion with student at the ends of every lesson as this will support me
in determining what learner have clearly understand as well as those aspects which needs to
be teach again to learner. For example developing question for additional and subtratiion
from 20.
2 Delivery - Once the plan is developed properly, It is important to deliver the set of
activities and perform teaching activities in required manner (Patrick, 2017). Delivery is the
next phase after planning stage and in this I have to actually implement set of planned action.
In this stage I will communicate with learner and take oral test of what I have taught in
classroom. In this I will ask question to different students and provide them complete
direction if they have not understood any concept.
3 Assessing - This is the last step of action plan and in this I will assess and evaluate the
overall success of implementing action plan. It is crucial for me to assessing the action plan
as this will support me in determining whether I have developed and implemented action
plan in more appropriate way or not. By assessing this action plan I have analysed that this
plan will lead to develop strong communication as well as increase by relationship with
