2.1.2 The inclusive learning and teaching is an important model because it encourages the
involvement of parents, students and teachers in the education. It tries to foster the culture
and environment for the individual with belonging and respect and also enables one to learn

reasons
Achieve quality
In every education setting there are children with different requirements like social,
behavioral, physical or emotional challenges, when the teacher identify their needs and

Identifying and addressing learners needs boost up their morale and helps develop interest

2.2.2 Teaching material is the umbrella term used for all the resources used by a teacher in
teaching the students, it holds great importance to select appropriate learning resources
and teaching approaches for the children as per their specific requirements as it enables the
individual to learn better with help of the resources and understand the concepts well.
Including simple practical based approaches helps in better understanding and later
acquiring more theoretical tangible material for teaching helps in the process of inclusive
teaching (Lazar., 2015).

2.2.3 To engage and motivate children or learners teacher should give them a sense of
control, define objectives, offer variety of experience, change the scenery, use positive
competition, offer rewards, distribute responsibilities, create safe environment, build
rapport with them, prepare engaging lessons, and foster sense of competence. It is also
seen that to engage the students in class the teacher needs to collaborate with them,
embrace partnership within them, establish positive and fear free relationship, make the
learning aimed and targeted toward aims, use divided learning, create a routine, use
explanatory images and study maps and try to engage with the students in dialogue during

I would like to acquire a position to teach basic IT to adult learners who have little or zero
knowledge of Information Technology. This education and basic learning of IT will allow the
learners to use basic computer applications confidently and utilize the current technology at
its best.

Teaching or learning cycle is a five staged model that enables one to plan their teaching
accordingly that will target the minds of the learners and help in better understanding of
concepts.
The five stages of this cycle are

evaluation of the feedback I receive after the course. It is essential for me to set the
boundaries with my learners as it provides standard rapport between them. Breach to
student welfare is considered to be violation of the professional student teacher
boundaries. Throughout this cycle it is necessary to take care of these boundaries as while
identifying needs teacher should not involve emotionally with the student, while planning
and designing teacher should provide help to certain level, there should be no bias while
assessment and evaluation of the learning as per personal rapport (Jahreie and Ottesen.,
2010).
