with basic knowledge is considered highly important. The study discusses the different types
of techniques and methods applied by primary teachers to ensure proper development of the
learners in schools. It focuses on the use of assessment techniques for the students to
understand their preference in terms of studying. As a result, it enables them to set their
teaching goals and provided training to the students. The development of the scheme of work
will be done in the initial part of the study, so that the study can be completed in the right
manner. The study will depict the role of a primary teacher in Broadfields Primary School
that is located in the United Kingdom. The educational institution is known to assist the
learners in terms of completing their studies. Some of the relevant theories and models will
be used for analysing the role of the teachers and understanding the level of communication
that prevails in the school.
