INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice is teaching approach use for analysing difference between students and
use this to ensure that students can access educational content and participate fully in their
learnings (Abdelkarim, 2019). This is a strategy for the teaching approach that address the needs
of students with variety of learning methods, backgrounds, and abilities. Inclusive practices
contributes in over all learning of students and helps them to feel equally valued. Inclusion helps
to ensure that children and young people about their background or situation about whether they
are able to participate fully in all the aspect of life of the educational areas.
The main purpose of the report is to understand about the importance of inclusive
practices at the educational institution for increase in the effectiveness of the learning areas and
growth of the students. Inclusive practice can help the institution to increase the effective growth
of the institution. This report includes impact of personal, social and cultural factors on the
learning. Also it includes understanding of impact of policy and regulatory framework on
inclusive practices. It also include understanding of different roles and responsibilities relating to
the inclusive practices. Further, it include understanding of how to create and maintain an
inclusive learning environment. In the last it include understanding of how to evaluate own

process. People of young age have good abilities to learn but their concentration level

ï‚· Equality act 2010: Equality act 2010 is an act of parliament of UK, it made to provide
unlawful for an individual to discrimination against the person because of any protect
characteristics. At the national level it know as the regulation whilst at the collage,
school, or university level or institution. This is called the policy synchronise
complement with each other. Also both reflect in European and most importantly the
British values. This equality act ensure that discrimination cases are eliminated in the
society at wider term, it also explain the educational system must be followed by the
institution, schools or collage must based on non discrimination and eliminated.
ï‚· Equal opportunity: All the people in the society must be treated equally in all the terms,
equality must be ensured by the every institution and university. Both the young and old
should be treated equally, people living with disabilities must be given equal rights and

that organisation follow all the guidelines and reduction in discrimination based on race, age,
gender, and disabilities.

regulations are followed by the my institution, and I also ensure that all the members of
institution are well aware about all the law and regulations. Various notice are served that

Wherever I am teaching in the class or giving test in the class I have ensured that both the
genders participate and take into account of all the inclusivity aspect such as race, gender,
age and all the people living with the disabilities(Hunyady, and Polaner, 2020). I also
encourage inclusivity and my students to follow all the guidelines and promote to treat
other fairly and equally in all the aspects of life. I always avoid favouritism or any action
that can hurt the sentiment of students and their abilities to confidently promote their
career path. I always address all the cases of discrimination to my students so that they
promote fairness in my institution and increase the level of growth of people living with
disabilities.

work with(Hurley,and Van Dyke 2019). There are different personality of the people around the
institution that have an impact on the level of learning process and growth. Some of my role in
institution will be to ensure that there are effective way of inclusive practices in order top
provide better learning environment in the organization. I will make sure that all my actions in
the organisation done with the regards and inclusive guidelines. I will treat all the people in the
organisation equally and fairly at the time of work place it increase the level of effectiveness in
the institution's learning processes. I will share all the information with my students so that they
all could get effective information about the inclusive practices.
I will take all the notice on the policy changes seriously and follow all the guidelines of
communication in most effective manner. I also engage communication seminars in the
institution in order to know about the problems and issues of all the students in learning process.
I also motivate students to attend all the events and seminars on the gender and inclusivity in the

class room aspects. I tasked with the various responsibilities to ensure that all the students of
institution comes out with the proper knowledge and understanding about the inclusivity
regulations and policies. I will play the role of providing guidance to my students about the
relevance of inclusive through building better relationship. I will also act between the training
institution and the students when there is an training program on inclusive classrooms. Ones in
while I invited guest speakers in the institution for the inclusive motive on the students in both
institution and general society.
I will also work with training institution to find out the various opportunities that helps in
students to learn about inclusive practices. Before taking any learning classes, I invite the
learning support department to take all the learners through the various learning support services
available and see whether learning support department of the institution. I will support learners
through guidelines about what they can do if they feel any kind of discrimination in the
institution. As an responsible teacher I will work with the support and disciplinary and security
department in order to provide leaner support guidelines of any kind of discrimination and case
of harassment of while in institution. This helps in forms of act and support students to protect
themselves from any kind of discrimination and harassment within an institution. I will focus on
getting guidelines from the students and professionals in order understand about the various
problems and issue that students are suffering from.
