Introduction
For a business to be successful it is important that it has a highly efficient workers who

and Voelpel, 2016). This can help increasing the confidence of worker and their work efficiency
can increase along with increasing the profitability of company. In this report the strategies and
initiatives which can be developed by Bandon Tiles Ltd will be discussed so that it can
effectively plan and grow its workforce. Aston Martin is a British car manufacturer which
manufactures luxury sports cars and grand tourers is taken so that the strategies and initiatives
which are adopted by the company can be analysed which can effectively help in implementing
them in Bandon Tiles Ltd. A small scale research will be conducted for this purpose so that the
aims and objectives of the research can be achieved on time with the use of effective research
tools like Gantt chart, WBS, PMP etc.

Workforce plays an important role in company so that its resources can be efficiently
