efficacy in easy manner. Diversity is also essential in providing employees the abilities of
enlarging their productivity and knowledge so that overall credibility can be enhanced. So under
this I have analysed various aspects of each situation which are providing higher impact to the
business and their credibility. I have used such tactics by which business can enhance their work
flow and deal with market prominence as well. I have learned regarding impact of diversity
within business functions of ASDA and strategies adopted by them in order to manage diversity
within business. I have undertaken my communication skills and critical skills in order to
complete this research program in effective manner. With the use of Gantt chart and WBS I
divided activities in equitable manner so that to gain efficiency in my research project. With the
help of my management skills I understood all the required concepts in prominent way which
lead me to acquire appropriate results which are aligned to research goals. During this research I
analysed that I am weak in communication and decision making skills, so by taking various
sessions and handling team I gathered knowledge regarding all the aspects and attained
sufficiency in this research.
The method that has been used by me during the research is sampling method. Other
method that could have been proved to be effective is questionnaire method which could have
helped in gaining data about ASDA. This has helped me in gaining knowledge about importance
