services to its consumers at the international level. Conrad Hilton established Hilton hotel in

to the loyalty programs for increasing the number of guest in their hotels. Moreover, it is
examined that consumers who directly book room of this organization could get higher discounts
on their selected services. The selected services could be associated with Wi-Fi, competencies to
choose a room in implying Honour app and keyless entry in the (hotel Hilton hotels and resorts,
