Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Santiago de Compostela Airport
Proceed to the hotel Hesperia Santiago Peregrino
Freshen up and relax.
Post breakfast, take a walking tour of Santiago de Compostela and since the hotel is
centrally located, most of the attractions are within walking distance.
Enjoy the relaxed old town feel and get over the travelling fatigue
Post lunch, drive down the beautiful coastal road to reach Torimbia Beach in Llanes.
Check in to Hotel La Portilla and enjoy the unique semi circular beach with white
sand and backed by green cliffs. It is known to be the largest nudist beach in
Asturias. Enjoy till you feel the need for dinner. Then head back to the hotel and stay
overnight.
Day 2 – Leave early morning to enjoy the trek at Picos de Europa. A packed
breakfast and lunch, sun screen and lots of water shall help you to go through the 12
km trekking trail of Picos de Europa. You can soothe your tired legs in the cool water
of the streams. The place is interspereded by rocky tunnels and bridges over the
ravine. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful trekking trails of Europe.
Freshen up at the local hotel and proceed towards Bilbao. Enjoy dinner at Bilbao and
stay overnight
Day 3 – Enjoy Bilbao local tour with a visit to the Bilba Fine Arts Museum and enjoy
the gastronomical delights of the place. Also drive down to the rocky islet of San
Juan de Gaztelugatxe about 20 miles north east of Bilbao. Here, witness the
Daenery’s Targaryen’s Dragonstone popularised in Game of Thrones. You can climb
the 241 steps to the top of the hermitage and ring the church bell three times and
make a wish. Once you are done with the delightful views from the place, you can
head to local restaurant called Restaurante Eneperi for a sumptuous lunch with the
lovely txakoli white wine.

Stay overnight at Bilbao
Day 4 – Drive down to la Rioja post breakfast, and enjoy grape chomping at the
vineyards of la Rioja, which is the second smallest autonomous community in Spain
and widely known for its wine. In Rioja, you will get to experience the state- of- the –
art tasting rooms and also get the original taste of rural Spain.
Stay overnight
Day 5 – Drive down to Basque Country. Check In and go out to explore the beauty of
this jewel of Spain. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride to experience the beauty of
Basque Coast Geopark. This is a protected area of coastline and a stretch of 13 km
of cliffs made up of shale bed deposits which have created a unique formation of
rocks. The boat trip costs 20 euros per adult.
Head down to Basque Country’s another jewel San Sebastian. Enjoy dinner at San
Sebastian’s Michelin starred Restaurante Arzak.
Stay overnight at San Sebastian
Day 6 – Post lunch, leave for Andorra. Enjoy the drive through the picturesque
Spanish countryside.
Andorra has a size of 468 sq km. Even though it’s a small country, it has a lot of
spectacular attractions to offer.
