 In this, diseases various issues regard with the providing care to the patient the major challenges
faced by nurses during their compiling role and responsibilities is due to the association for the
collaboration with the nurses in order to provide quality of care.

Occupational stress is usually recognized as an issue in healthcare workers. Moreover, they are
associated with various risk factors which may depend on the health outcomes. There are psychological
issues and mental issues are usually created due to workplace conflict or stress. Moreover, nursing has
been determined as an occupation that focuses on the high level of stress due to the roles and
responsibilities which is associated with patient care and support. Stress is usually categorized in
different forms that are based on the consequences and their responses. It is identified with the different
frameworks that are associated with stress and illness. (Haligamo and et. al., 2021).

 The work related stress is also a major issue which is faced by the number of nurse during
the working.

 Nursing is defined as a long-considered stress full profession which creates conflict and
their resolution for the prolonged period of stress in nursing is usually attributed largely to
the physical labors suffering and emotional demand of the patient and their families.
 Moreover, the other associated stress in the field of nursing is associated with the work
hours, shift works, and interpersonal relationship that includes inter and intra professional
conflict and other external pressure that are central to the work nurses do.

Methodology
 Search strategy: In this, the search strategies are Springer link, Pubmed, science direct
are used as the source which is chosen in order to collect and gather the information
which is related with the selected topic.
 Database used: In order to gather and collect the information the database is used which
include PubMed central, CINHAL and the Cochrane library is useful aspect which
play role in the gathering of information.

 Research method: The mixed method will be used in order to collect the data and information. The mixed
method usually contains qualitative and quantitative aspect of data and information which is reliable to show
the theory, description. Whereas, quantitative also represent graph, statistic and many more.
 Research approach: The deductive approach will be used because the chosen topic is specific and
deductive approach follow the aspect which gather the information or data from generic to specific.
 Research strategies: The experimental, case study analysis and survey as a strategies used on order to
collect the data and information which is related with the chosen topic. The self questionnaire aspect is also
