Inequality in education and work
There are some charities and NGOs that help but not to state the social welfare system or
benefit for he poor. If the parents are not having education, or unemployed or even low paid
worker, they often send their children to earn money or to beg on the streets. There is a
significanty link between unequal access and education and the unequal access to the work
opportunities1. Now these group odf people who are living below the proverty line, they have to
go for earn some penny at the same time they need to off their education, therefore the proverty
cycle continues.

instead of the technological advancement the rich and the poor people are co-exist, over the years
it is trying to equilize”.
There is clear picture of diversity in the field of education and work opportunity. One of
the important feature in the indian economy is an inequlitarin of education sysytem. Instead of
the statement of the indian constution, “equal distribution”, there is no match in this economy.

reservation for womens3.
Mrs. Leela Chandrasekhar says “women has the capacity but they should get an
opportunity, we talk just and big projects but no body know what is happening at the ground
level, that is what India is struggeling in one side and growing in the mainside.”
From the above statement, can be conclude that the women empowerment is a big factor
in todays world. Because their contribution in the economo is equally considerable in terms of
country’s GDP. So the empowewring women can lead a country progress.
Education
Technology is very popular now these days, not necessarily for engineers but in general
they all are trying to learn the computer system and get updated in technology. In terms of caste
system Brahmins are more into education, higher learning, they would like to teach in the
university or holding a respected post in the organization. They encourage their children to study
well.
Also a degree in Management- Businees management4, this is very popular with young
people because very often, students are getting job during the time of learing.
