Critical reflection on your attitudes and values
I had conducted the program for the students which was beneficial for them because I
have made my senses and molded the same in my personal and professional attitudes along by
following my ethics and values. I felt that it is an essential part in conducting the program for the
welfare for the students because attitudes and values are necessary things to pursue for the same
in managing and handling such programs. Therefore, I conducted, implemented and executed the
program by taking care and ensuring the values and attitudes that I must follow. Hence the
attitudes that I had taken up into the account such as I made sure that the behavior towards
people who have contributed into the program must be polite and understandable so that it can be
supportive for them in working for the program. Behaviors towards students as well were also
good which means it was motivational, encouraging, inspiring, guiding, directing, interacting and
two-way communication with them so that they could feel comfortable attending such programs
and enjoy the same with lots of learnings. Moreover, I followed some values and ethics as well
for managing the program and people also for the accomplishment of the program successfully
such as I was very much fair and true in organizing the program like everyone who was involved
in the program were satisfied from each and every act of mine which means no partiality I had
maintained even with the students also. I had taken care of the safety and security of the workers
who were working for the program and students also by helping them in their needs and
requirements, I was helpful and honest with each one of them and provided every resource which
they were asking for in a very helpful, supportive and honest way.
