INTRODUCTION
Community development is considered as process where individual come together in
order to take action on what is important for them. This will generally rooted in belief that all
individual must have proper and appropriate access to well being, wealth, health, opportunity and
justice (Abas and et.al., 2020). The respective report is based on the evaluation of indigenous
community development project which is conducted by government in order to support the
community in effective manner. Topics covered in respective report are background of
community, issues or aspiration which the project seek to defined, outline of project and
stakeholders who are involved in project. In addition to this it also include strengths as well as
limitations of related to the project of indigenous community development.
MAIN BODY
Indigenous people is also known as first people, first nations, native people,
autochthonous people or aboriginal people at some places. These are mainly a ethnic group
which are generally original as well as earliest known as the inhabitants of a specific area.
Moreover, indigenous population are also determined as the community which live in or they are

because the indigenous people use local language for communication as well as in several
religion these people also not able to understand other language (Staines and Moran, 2020). So
due to this issues or limitation indigenous people and other community not able interact they
which impact on the program because it will not conducted in proper way. In addition to this,
indigenous people are less educated due to which there will be high chance that they not able to
understand strategies which are developed by government and other parties for their
development. While this another major challenge is that indigenous community people highly
respect their culture as well as religion which means they not like to opt change it. So when
government or other community try to modify or enhance it they may experience conflict at huge
level which impact on society (Toombs and et.al., 2020). Along with this there is lack of uniform
understanding due to which government and other community not able to convince or interact
with indigenous community people in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
By conducting analysis of above mentioned topics it can be determine that around the
world there are numbers of indigenous communities who need support so that they can leave
their life in effective and appropriate manner. In respect of this there are numbers of programmes
develop as well as run by government in order to support indigenous community and these
programmes are covered several areas such as employment, education, food, health and hygiene
and so on. There are several ways through which a person or an organisations can support
indigenous community such as provide job at firm, involve them in planning, support in
education and many more.
