Project: Incorporating Indigenous Language in Campus Signage - CQU

This project assignment focuses on incorporating Indigenous language into campus signage, aligning with the 2017 NAIDOC theme, 'Our Language is Important'. The task involves providing information to the Chair of the SET Indigenisation Committee, who will act as the Project Executive. The assignment is broken down into five submissions: a Project Charter, a Requirements Management Plan and Stakeholder Register, a Work Breakdown Structure and Work Package, a Risk Register and Cost Baseline, and a Lessons Learnt Presentation. The project aims to enhance cultural awareness and integrate Indigenous perspectives within the School of Engineering and Technology at CQU. The assignment covers various aspects of project management, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder management, culminating in a presentation of lessons learned.
