Dear Concern,
On behalf of entire Conestoga Diversity Student Club (CDSC) and Conestoga College, I am
thanking you for your constant support and will always grateful to you.
We have received your mail and our higher authority has discussed about it. I am sending you
this mail to fulfil all the requirements that you asked. The another, purpose of this mail is to inform you
about the recent changes amended in our policies.
Recently, we had conducted a general board meeting to settle different problems, faced by the
club. We are lucky to announce that with the hard work of our team members and blessings of our well-
wishers, Conestoga Club has achieved its desired success and able to organise different diversity
programs successfully. You are one of the best client who contributes tremendous effort to reach us at
this place and we are glad to have you. We are trying our best to improve our services and put serious
effort to maintain good relation with all our well- wishers and supporters. On the opposite, side we have
faced different issues that may affect our reputation and image badly, and restricts us to achieve success
in future. To avoid all those issues, our board of directors have decided and impose different strict rules
for attaining betterment of our club. As per this new policy, we have no permission to collaborate with
any groups or allow us to post their message or advertise their brand in our website. Unfortunately, we
are not able to provide you the scope of promoting your event or session through our website.
However, we want to maintain a close relation with you and thus we have framed different alternative
strategies that would meet all your requirements. This alternatives ways that would help you to
promote your works as well as helps us to maintain our norms and policies. Our directors wants to invite
you to attend our different programs, you may join our meetings that will help you to earn popularity.
Our directors wants you to be the important members of our team and you may deliver speech and
share your views at our cultural meetings. Even you may give us different pamphlet, flyers or brochures
of different social programs and sessions organised by you and we will distribute those among all
famous cultural - groups, companies and peoples. On behalf of you, we will promote your programs or
events. Our club will always stand at your support at any situation and for this reason we have found
these above- mentioned strategies.
We will be glad if you kindly accept our offer and join our next meeting on 1st Wednesday of
upcoming month. We will eagerly waiting for your further response. On behalf of our whole team
