Generating
What?
At the initial stage, my goal was to develop innovative and creative ideas, which can
be implemented in the planning for starting the business. For this, I intended to communicate
with team members. The means of communication, which I planned to select and use was
face to communication, Skype and Facebook.
So what?
While planning for starting the business, I prepared action plans, which I felt was
necessary for averting the mistakes. Referring to various sources, I have found that diversity
prevailed in the thoughts and perceptions of the others. This differentiation generated
conflicts, degrading the unity and coordination needed for performing the tasks according to
the targets and plans. Therefore, I adopted means of negotiation, which proved to be effective
in terms of enhancing the mutual understanding between the team members. I felt that this
approach of mine created an example for others regarding effective dealing of the situations
tactfully.
Now what?
Repitation of these incident would prove beneficial for me in experimenting with the
thoughts and ideas. This experimentation would help in reaching to the appropriate
conclusion for enhancing and upgrading the approach towards the assigned roles and
responsibilities. I also feel that experimenting with the ideas would enhance the perspectives
towards viewing the incidents, which is needed for deducing the correct perspective.
Consistent efforts towards experimentation would lead to upgradation of the skills, expertise
and knowledge. On the contrary, negligent approach towards dealing with the situations

would create discrepancies in the achievement of results. These discrepancies would further
add a hypothetical approach towards executing the tasks.
Developing
What?
Development of ideas is a vital aspect for achieving personal and professional
development. We were assigned projects, which helped in enhancing our preconceived skills,
expertise and knowledge. I learned about various concepts related to the subject matter,
which broadened my knowledge and thought horizons. Assistance and guidance from the
experts added value to my notions on developing the ideas.
So what?
In the process of doing the projects, I learned that my performance lacked in the
creation of action plans. This lacuna is a serious challenge in terms of systematizing the
actions according to the targets. In this, different suggestions of the team members deviated
me from my goals, compelling me to encounter delays in completing the tasks within the
stipulated time. This delay compelled me to encounter rebuking from the higher authorities,
which deviated me from my goals. I lacked confidence, resulting in negative outcomes.
However, I gained motivation and encouragement from the supervisors, which assisted me to
regain confidence.
Now what?
I planned to volunteer the performance of the team members. I think this would be
effective for me to enhance my skills, competencies and abilities. Taking guidance from the
supervisors would be productive for assessing the effectiveness, appropriateness and
feasibility of the plans in terms of the identified and the specified targets. However,

rationality needs to be maintained in terms of considering the suggestions. This is in terms of
exposing tactful approach towards approaching the duties and the responsibilities.
Consciousness towards the events and the occurring is needed for me to be aware of the
people, who intend to act as an obstacle in my way to success.
Pitching
What?
For pitching the ideas, my goals was to place the ideas as the right place. I tried to
conduct mind mapping and journey mapping for gaining an insight into the arenas through
which my ideas venture. However, I failed to do it properly. This created problems for the
supervisors.
So what?
As I lacked the skills of mind mapping, I planned to take guidance from the experts.
This was through the means of training, which proved beneficial in terms of enhancing my
skills, expertise and knowledge. The teachers were patient, which I think was vital for us to
clarify our doubts. The other students lacked ability to grasp the lectures properly. This
compelled the trainers to increase the training period, causing further delay in completing the
projects within the stipulated time. I felt that different learning capabilities enhanced the
cultural diversity.
Now what?
I felt that group discussions was effective in terms of enhancing the compatibility
between the team members. This was one of the means for reducing the intensity of conflicts,
discriminations and harassments. Strategic management of the supervisors helped us to
achieve an easy understanding about the basic concepts for exposing better performance.
Action plans was necessary for me in terms of justifying my role and the performance in
