used in the development process.
Group presentations is basically the important factor that applied in the individual work
to maintain their view points where all the people are discussed together to exchange the
information from one person to another. According to my opinion, It is the main objective of
each and every assignment where the instructor that might to assess team final discussion related
any topic such as design, reports etc. the group processes is the ability where I can complete the
task to meet the deadlines. There are different people presented their own opinion and I also
discuss related the performance that help for individual persons. In my opinion, Group
discussion is beneficial for the particular topic to identify the actual advantage and disadvantages
of particular topic. In this way, I can improve the decision marking process which includes all
group members who are collectively analysed the problem and issues behind the particular
actions. I and other people are commonly participating in the group discussion on the basis of
formal and informal ways. It is totally depended on me and another members to identify the
purpose, structure and nature, demographics etc. There are some method and process of group
discussion that followed all the members and myself in particular subject. I can follow the
different method in the group discussion which is beneficial for the development of my skill and
knowledge.
 I can use the brainstorming method that includes all the members in the group where all
participating in their own suggestion of innovative ideas or other alternative actions.
 I have planning to implement the nominal method and functions when the group
members positive respond towards the need and requirement in order to divide into the
different list of ideas.
 I can use the Delphi method that could be done when all the members in different
location but still participate to share their own ideas, input and identify the alternative
ideas to solve the problems in proper manner.
According to experience, group discussion is the great method for decision making because they
can choose the alternative solutions therefore, I and other members involves in the process and
take more advantages to improve the performance or expertise in their strength of members. I
can generate the different number of solution with the help of higher quality that can compare
into the individual task of each members. My understanding is build with the help of group

discussion because it will provide the most important information where I did not know about
the details. I think, this will be the best platform to share their innovative idea to their other
members. The group discussion is helping me to lead the higher collective understanding of
different courses of actions. I think, It may be possible which is important part of decision with
the help of own ideas and suggestions. Sometimes, it cannot be more effective in the group
decision making because I and other people are involved in the decision making but it can
consumer lot of time that allows for individual person to make the own. Sometimes, I and
members has been created a lot of argument because each and every members has own idea and
opinion towards the particular topic. In this way, it will create risk that shift for majority of
people decide and their decision. I think, this is not the best ways to increase lot of risk in the
entire system. In this way, it can be reduce the less responsibilities and accountability of their
actions that compare to the persons. I participate in the group discussion where learn many things
in my life related the functionality and development of groups because they handle the critical
situations in effective manner. I will try to research on the group discussion on the basis of their
efficiency and effectiveness and also determine that how external factors can affect the entire
functionality of groups. According to experience, A group has many people are participate on
particular topic where each and every members uniquely participate to create effective bond of
views and their opinion that's why, this is the main reason of group discussion to solve the
problem in proper manner. I also express my view towards the discussion and decision can be
taken after the arguments which is based on the particular areas. I also included the expert person
that can be easily decided that which is the best for the discussion and separate all the issues on
the basis of subjects. Other members and I are combined to discuss and freely involved towards
the particular problems. In this way, it can be reduce and minimize the resistances. I always
generally provide the best platform for members to give their own ideas. In this way, all
members are dynamically participated to talk without hesitate. Sometimes, I face difficult
problem to fix the responsibilities in the entire group or can be solved the problem. According to
my opinion, Discussion can b e dominated to the other members so that all the people are
irritated. I think group discussion is expensive because it consumer more time, energy and hours
etc. At last, I concluded that group discussion and decision making is beneficial for people to
easily identify the need and requirement of particular topic and subject.
