INTRODUCTION
Education is a process of gaining knowledge and various skills. It is the utmost
responsibility of the teacher to provide a never imaging experience to students. The main focus
of the teacher is to asses critical points of students and enhance their knowledge in an effective
manner (Newman, 2019). The report aims to analyse about understanding the importance of
Education and training. On the other hand, there is a brief evaluation of coach mentor and
teacher. There are various responsibilities and duties which they need to follow in order to
provide best guidance to students. Moreover, there is analysation of different skills and
capabilities which will improve the knowledge of students in a strategic manner. Along with that,
the main focus of this report is to improve the mentoring role in education and training. The
teacher can follow up various strategies and approaches to improve the effectiveness of students.
For further instance, in this report there will be discussion about using referral programs. There
is a multi-agency approach which is used to support the individual learners.

1.1 Analysing the key responsibilities of a coach, mentor and teacher in relation to working with
individual learners
A coach, mentor and teacher needs to do certain enlacements to provide proper oriented
opportunities to the learners. The students needs to inherent the knowledge properly in order to
achieve different tarts in future. The students needs to improve their areas in which they are
lacking in a systematic manner. Moreover, they need to capitalise on different opportunities in
future.
There are certain responsibilities in relation to coach, mentor and teacher which are as follows:
 Helping the students in different aspects by identifying their needs – A coach, mentor
and teacher has to identify the needs to students and improve their critical aspects. The
student need to become active in grabbing different opportunities.. The teacher can help
the students in enhancing their knowledge and help them to overcome different
challenges (Argent, Brown and Kelly, 2022). The mentors provide appropriate guidance
which help the individual requires to solve different problems. On the other hand, the
coach improves certain, capabilities and skills of learners. Being teacher of business

management I understand the needs of learners and help them to become more strategic
towards their decisions. There are various which which is used to improve the critical
aspects and improve their further performance.
 Giving impressive learning experience to help them achieve different targets – The
main vision of teacher is to provide engaging learning experience in which the students
can achieve different targets in future. Moreover the main factor which is highlighting for
students is to improve their knowledge in multiples topics. The new technological tools
can improve the experience of learners. The moan benefits of providing online learning is
that it increase grasping power of the individuals. Being a teacher of business
management I always provide a engaging experience to the students. I help them

 Promoting learners autonomy – Learner autonomy is a concept in which the students
can take their own responsibilities. They are skilled enough to asses their own needs and
the areas which they want to improve in an effective manner. Being a teacher of business
management I help the students to grow different skills,. They can enhance their
knowledge by understanding new topics. The main aims is to provide a healthy
environment in which they can attain sub sequential growth.

It is generally important to understand the needs of learner in an effective manner.
Through this the learners are able to become skilled and can achieve academic success in future.
There are various new techniques which can be used by teacher to improve the students growth
at various aspects (El Mamoun, Erradi and El Mhouti, 2018). The strategies could inherently
includes the mentoring programs through which the learners can choose their career path wisely.
Multiple strategies which could be developed by teachers is described below:
 Developing the creative nature and mindset of students – Teacher could use new
methods to provide engaging learning experience to learners. This will certainly help
them to become more creative and growth their mindset in a strategic manner. Being a
teacher of business management I help the students to become more creative. I provide
them new assignments on new marketing conditions which is regulating in business
environment. The main focus is to help them achieve and significant growth and improve

 Maintaining systematic behaviour in classroom – The teacher needs to provide equal
opportunities to the individuals which will help them to establish and effective growth in
their future. Being a teacher of business management I provide equal opportunity to every
individual. I had indulged a disciplinary code of conduct in lectures which helps them to
function better on different situations.

manner. Multi-agency approaches includes a particular set of activities and there are multiple

required in effective multi agency approach is mentioned below:
 Good communication – This is one of the most crucial factor to carry out the multi-
agency approaches effectively. The teacher needs to develop good relationship with
students. On the other hand, establishing an effective communication will help them to

them to improve their skills and capabilities. Being a teacher of business management I
develop effective communication with students. I help them to solve complex problems
and improve their critical areas in a systemic manner.
 Establishing collaboration – The students and the teacher needs to work in collaborated
manner. The teacher must focus on learner growth with the help of different strategies
and approaches. Being a teacher of business management I work collaboratively with the

mentor make the individual more confident and enhance their performance. On the other hand,
mentoring helps the individual to achieve a significant growth in future. The mentors also
evaluate their career outcomes effectively and helps the individual to analyse the aspects in
which they are lacking. Informal mentoring is a more oriented approach it helps the individual to
become more capable for the future job positions. Formal mentoring is opposite to help the
learner in solving different problems and become more competitive in future. They are tend to
see the situations with different mindset and able to solve different problems in an effective
manner (Ahn,2021). Teaching is the most crucial role there is a significant importance of
teaching in individual life. The teacher focus of the strengths and weakness regrading to the

plan their duties. They can include certain effective programs to improve the growth of students
in an effective manner. There are certain components while developing the curriculum for the
learners. There is a significant impact of organisational expectation and requirements in planning
the curriculum. The teacher needs to develop the curriculum in an effective manner. The teacher
has the inherent responsibility to design the curriculum which basically fulfil the goals and
objectives of and organisation. It needs to be created taking all the viable options. The
curriculum needs to prepared with the help of certain components. It includes issues and
problems which can be solved in a systematic manner (Nganji, Brayshaw and Gordon, 2022). On
the other hand, there are different characteristics and needs of the learners which needs to be
assessed by the teacher. There are certain objectives and goals which needs to be planned in
curriculum. This will help the students to achieve and significant growth and improves their
overall knowledge. Being a teacher of business management the main work responsibility is to
plan a curriculum which includes all the viable topics. There are new opportunities on which
they can capitalise. The curriculum which I have planned is in relevance to the ethical code of
conduct. It fulfil the needs of every learners there are different topics which is included while
making the curriculum. The main focus of preparing a curriculum is to follow the duties and
work responsibilities in a strategic manner. Providing the assignments in a timely manner to the
students.
There are various new techniques and methods which is used by me in order to help the
students achieve different goals and objectives. They can potentially grow their career in right
direction. In business management most of the individuals tends to improve their skills to
understand the dynamic market condition. The curriculum which I had planned inherent different
skills which will improve the overall capabilities of the individuals. Moreover the impact of
curriculum of organisation is also positive. The work duties are divided in an effective manner

experience to the students is the main motive of preparing a curriculum.

curriculum which includes subject centred, learner centred and problem centred. The most

It is very important to understand for the teachers that analysis of their own practice
effectiveness is crucial as it helps them to guide that how an organisation need to take actions.
The ultimate goal of the student is to provide the best learning experience and it is depend on the
practice of teaching (Mora and et.al., 2019). Analysing the effectiveness of teaching and learning
approaches is an important concept in which a teacher is focusing on analysing the one-to-one
teaching and learning situations. For the purpose of analysis, it is very important for the teacher
to measure their own practice or performance which can be possible with the help of measuring
the ability of students and their schools in the test.
One-to-one teaching is a concern with the student learning from interaction with a
teacher. In one-to-one teaching, it is found that students and features of continuously focus on
interactions which are really very helpful for the students to learn faster. They also become more
masters in the subject which they learn from the teachers. This type of teaching is a post to the
typical classroom where the teacher is only speaking about the subject. In this type of teaching
students also play a very important role as they are continuously interacting with the teachers (Li
and et.al., 2021). Analysing the affectedness of own practice in one on one teaching can be
possible by measuring the performances of children. That means when the students are able to
get good marks on the test this will employees that the teacher is going in the right direction.

and every learner. Generally, it is identified that learners do better only if they come from a
family with a strong academic background. That means those students or learners who not come
from a strong academic background will not get effective teaching and education. This is the

be analysed for the purpose of analysing their own effectiveness.
In my case, I am a teacher of business and it becomes very important for me to analyse
my own practice from time to time. This will help me to identify the areas of improvement which
can be improved with the right strategy (Wadhera, 2020). When I am teaching business in the
classroom then I always focus on one on one teaching so that I am able to know what are the
thoughts and opinions of the students regarding my teaching style. If they are understanding the
topic very well that means I am good at my own practice but if they are not able to understand
the subject knowledge then it shows my weaknesses. So that's why analysis is necessary and it is
one of the important ways which I generally used in order to analyse my own practice. For that
purpose, I asked questions in the classroom so that I am able to know the knowledge students get
in the class.

After analysing my own practice in one on one teaching and learning situations I found
some areas of improvement and strength (Swanson, Kong and Petcu, 2019) . Firstly I want to
discuss my strength which I found from the outcome of the analysis of the effectiveness of my
own practice. I found that I have a good sense of humour which is an important skill for a teacher
that makes a difference from others. There are many situations come in the classroom where the
students are asking any question which is not related to the study. That time I found that I am not
feeling hesitant to give an answer and was nervous. This quality provides me with more
confidence in my teaching style and that I am able to handle each and every situation in the
classroom. I also identified one of the most important strengths is communication skills. As per
my knowledge, it is very important for the students to have good communication skills otherwise

they are not able to discuss with the students and solve their problems. Communication is always
done in the two important ways which include verbal and nonverbal and I found that I am good
at both ways. This is the best thing for me as I am able to do effective communication with the
teachers which makes my one-on-one teaching strong.
Apart from these strengths, I also found some areas for improvement which I need to
focus on very seriously. The first area in which I need to improve is time management. I identify
that I am always late in the classroom which reduces the interest of the students. It provides a
negative impact on the student's studies and that's why I need to work on my time management
skills (Bescherer, Hughes and Hamel, 2020). In addition to this, I found that I am weak in
analysing learning styles. Generally, I am ignoring the choices of a student which reduces their
interest level in the classroom. I analyse that some of the students are not learning with the
notebooks as they want that I will each on the blackboard with the help of examples. It is
necessary for me to work on this area because learners' needs are my first target. Meeting the
needs of learners is very important for me and it can be possible only when I am able to
effectively analyse the learning styles.
In addition to this, I also need to work on analysing the behaviour of students which can
be possible with the use of theories and models. I can better explain with the help of explaining
my own experience in the classroom where I analysed that the behaviour of students is very
important to understand. There was an incident in the classroom which took place in front of me.
I was taught the important topic related to my subject which is necessary to understand by each
and every individual but I found that students are not responding in the classroom when I asked
the questions. At that time I realized that forcibly I need to analyse the behaviour of students and
their learning styles. This results in effective teaching and learning. I analysed that if I am
focusing on analysing preferred learning styles of office students then it becomes easy for me to
make an inclusive learning environment (Sugimoto, 2021). With the help of this, I can easily
involve the individual goals and objectives in the classroom. As a teacher of the business subject,
it is very important for me to meet the learning needs and requirements and this can be possible
only with the help of working on these improvement areas.
