INTRODUCTION
Learning is important for the effective development of myself because it provides me
feeling of accomplishment which assist me in increasing my confidence level. It makes me
enable to take the various challenges and explore new opportunities for growth(Guo and et.al.,
2022). It encourages me to acquire, competencies, knowledge and skills to develop the
opportunities for the future. Learning helps me in personal and professional development to
achieve the goals of the business. Learning make me competent to face to unexpected changes
make me innovative so that I will be able to share my thoughts with the sensible person. It
develop the knowledge and insight which help me to stay connected with audience.
MAIN BODY
Skills that have been developed by me
 Leadership skills: I have learned leadership skills which contribute to provide me
supervisory position. I am competent to provide effective guidance to other individuals and make
collaboration with them. After attaining this skill, my confidence level has increased that
empower to connect with the people. I can provide motivation mad good mentorship to the other
person by providing them appropriate resources.
Teamwork skills: I have acquired skills to work with team which helped me in developing the
interpersonal skills to cooperate successfully. I have learned to accomplish the tasks in team
which provide me opportunity to share my innovative ideas with team members(Willem and
et.al., 2022). With this skills, the another skills also developed such as cooperation, reliability,
friendliness, willing ness to help others.
 Research skills: This is the skills which I have improved during my academics that assist
me in contributing to various research projects. The work involves knowing the question and find
out the solutions from the trustworthy sources to make the research successful. It help me in
building knowledge and make me more creative.
 Critical thinking skills: I have developed this skill so as to qualify myself to contribute
in examining the information. This skills allow me to solve the problems by understanding the
concept. This skills also help me at the workplace to face various challenges. By developing this
skill, it has enhanced my knowledge and mindfulness and improve power of concentration.

Knowledge and skills which I did not know earlier
 Presentation skills: This is the skills which I did not know earlier but after my academic
I am able to present my opinion before others. It allows me to give presentation in an effective
manner. It make me learnt how to use eye contact and keep body language while presenting.
 Writing skills: I have improved this skills by taking notes, writing essays and
communication with others which made me proficient writer(Carter, 2021). I use this skills at my
workplace while communicating through different channel such as email, memos and so on. It
assists me to express my opinions and assists in coordination with team members.
 Multitasking: At the time of academics, I used to get various assignments from the
lecturers that taught me to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks. I am also able now to
prioritise my work that seems to be very important and by performing all the task crest
opportunity for the growth.
Level of confidence
Learning helps in improving the level of confidence that made me capable to present the
ideas while having discussion with the senior level authority at the workplace and make me
proficient to strong argument in debate competitions(Kuhns, Dworsky and Richardson, 2021).
Therefore, communication is an effective way to build up the confidence. Learning teaches to
make authentic decision which help the organisation in getting its business goals. Receiving
feedback on the project work make me so strong which help me to improve my skills which
assists me to be more confident as my shortcomings are being improved. It also makes me
proactive so I made plan and prepare for the upcoming situation that may be arise in future.
Use of learning in future
As I have learned various skills during the academics so that it can help me in making the
professional development and provide numerous opportunities in future as well. The learning can
be useful for me in future because it contributes in providing the financial stability and make me
independent. It increase the chance and open new doors for the success and protect me from any
uncertainty(Zhou, 2021). Learning taught me the difference between right and wrong that will
always keep me far from the risky situation. It has developed the self-confidence which provide
me chance to share my perspective with the higher authority in an organisation. It will help me to
find a new job according to my skills, knowledge and understanding that I possessed.
