The Recent “Group Consultancy Briefing Paper” based on the managing sustainability: It
has been introduced the importance of business that follows sustainable practices to reach its
goals and objectives. I have understood about the business within hospitality industry in UK and
give a proper advised to measure proper sustainability. I have undertaken to run the business
efficiently and also reduced the current impact to culture or environment. As per discussion on
paper, I could determine the different types of key issues that directly affects on the
environmental condition or situation (Boluk, Cavaliere and Duffy, 2019). I also focused on the
long-term and short-term goals in hospitality industry which requires for me to build strong
sustainable future in business development.
According to briefing paper, I concluded that business is a part of work with
implementing different activities. Furthermore, I have study about the sustainability management
in the business where it also acts as measurement criteria that needed to be taken. In this way, I
could improve own knowledge and find out environment enhancement steps by using different
suitable resources. Besides making profitability and productivity when hospitality industry must
operate by using less harmful raw materials. As possible, I also analyzed the negative impact
over nature and realized that it could be minimized by putting efforts to development sustainable
environment. On the other hand, I also found that make a strategy plans help for reducing impact
on the business culture. In order to require for implementing right measurement which bring
change in the business accordingly. I could be aware about the costs but in same time that attract
more consumers and willing to pay for sustainable operation in business. As per analysis, I have
represented the sustainable practices that mainly follows in hospitality industry to reduce just
glass cycling, paper and cartoon. Sometimes, I have found that sustainable framework
implements in the business and considered main points related operations (Cheng, Wu and Wu,
2019). Thus, I could highlight the environment friendly practices for future development plan
and focused on the recommendation where how it can be improving sustainable business
operations and functions.
Through paper, I have learnt about the different type of environment sustainable practices
and policies, which useful for business to maintain their overall performance in global world. I
have found that many tourism industries aware about the practices and how it can affect on the

environment where impact can be considered as a dramatic. In this paper, I have concerned about
activities of business effectively and efficiently. Through paper, I have analyzed about the
conceptual framework of managing sustainability (Kornilaki, Thomas and Font, 2019). I have
engaged with the hotel chain in understand the implementation of sustainable plan.
Sustainability sound so good, it’s hard to resists for applying in everything, especially in the
hospitality industry where it plays important role according to my opinion. I think so business
affects on the misuse cuts in terms of meaning and powers. I have been understood that it quite
challenging of entire planate because it has increased the large number of issues on resource
management. I like to think that are moving towards managing sustainability as perspective of
tourism industry where reduce water consumption, waste material, carbon foot print and other
type of energy consumption (Cobbinah and Darkwah, 2016). I believe that it becomes good
move to control unwanted wastage of resources and promote the business in sustainable
development. I have been learning about the essential factor that can be used in the industry for
enhancing business towards future development. No matter the size of firm, it only possible to
hold activities for contribution in reduce non-renewable and renewable resources consumption.
As I move with the business issues that can be identified in hospitality industry after analyzing
paper. In this way, it become easier for me to focus on main issues that directly affects on the
environment degradation. I have learnt about the different opportunities that useful in business
and also consider as an advantage. I always recommend to apply suitable method or technique
for promoting sustainable development within organizations. As a reason, I have found that
businesses are willing change model to overcome challenges in proper manner. For my opinion,
it was great experience for gain more knowledge in terms of sustainability. I also realized that
environmental sustainability involves that just minimizing impacts and achieve the sustainable
for completely stop depleting and damaging environment (Cotterell, Hales and Ferreira, 2019). I
am approaching the staff members that participate in the sustainable development and always
motive themselves to change design process. I was very interested to see about the sustainability
operation in business because it has increased my own curiosity to examine overall activities. I
have noticed that corporate social responsibility activities perform in the organization because of
short term goals. I could determine the most common practice among perform various
sustainable enterprise that aware about significance of CSR. Therefore, I also addressed that
80(%) percentage advantage increases for organization and also build a trust and loyalty. in this

way, I also considered the long-term goal for energy consumption further development besides
target related to it. I know very well in terms of sustainability that continue to be misused that’s
why, it continues to focus on the sustainable direction. I always motivate or inspire with the
different steps that supports for sustainability and provide a direction. therefore, I could
encourage us to have a longer view and do harder in sustainable business development (Jones,
Comfort and Hillier, 2019). During analysis, I have been demonstrated the relationship between
environment and community where local authorities working together, focused on the
environmental protection. In this way, it become easier for me to identify the role of different
people. Therefore, I also show the long-standing interest for different area where they have poor
condition in terms of environment or climate. I have found that most of communities performed
action plan to manage wildlife and maintain water quality in different areas.
As per experience, I have found that hospitality industry used various type of
opportunities in sustainable development where it automatically managing overall business
processes. In context of energy saving, I could determine that business might be performed
sustainable process which not only cut the costs or price but also maintain the resources.
According to me, it required for future enhancement to save a large amount of energy save. In
this way, I also have found that it can reduce budget for expenses which only possible to
implement an effective strategy. In my often volunteer but increasingly professional role of
sustainability management, my goal is to help other people for providing awareness because it
requires for business to eliminate in-toxic substances that can damage overall environment
condition (Jones, Hillier and Comfort, 2019). I have focused on the learning opportunity so that
it become great innovative idea for transformative sustainable development concept. As per
opinion, I ensure that it is increasing environment action for improving environmental condition
after sustainable development. Because of my core interest in the sustainability development so
that I am putting transformative learning experience. It would help for me to overcome various
type of barriers at the time of actions. I really wanted to learn how to assure the transfer of own
leaning capabilities and easily analyzed related the topic of sustainability. I am always focused
on the enticements and barriers in environment within organization that perform action plan and
design approach. As per reasons, I would contribute to reduce different problem and issue. In this
way, I easily discover various conceptual framework that might help for participants in the
sustainable development. As per analysis paper of managing sustainable, I attempt to easily

derive the meaning of concepts and consider different assumptions for purpose to meet
expectation level of business in global world.
Through paper, I could investigate about the “Managing sustainability” in hospitality
industry and overall investigate about the opportunities, issues and factors that applicable in
business operations. As per analysis, I have been shown positive attitude towards sustainability
development and best practices for improvement. I always initiatives for encouraging themselves
towards business growth and development. Sometimes, I have seen that government make
important regulation which was accepted for resolving all type of limitation with add more cost
and efforts in the business operations (Kornilaki, Thomas and Font, 2019). Apart from that I
have seen that hospitality industry used different technology that impacts on the environment or
culture. I have taken to choose an appropriate idea, thoughts and belief towards sustainability
development. So that I have brings the technology that plays as an indispensable role and
encourage for performing different activities in learning process. I also developed the idea to
sense for water saving technique in hospitality industry so that it was great experience during
study to identify specific goals of sustainable development in organization.
According to my opinion, there are three different pillar supports to sustainable
management such as environments, social and economic. I am trying to find true solution in
terms of sustainable so that considered these pillars and perform different operations. As per
experience, I also analyzed that large amount of plastic being increase the harm for industry
where it directly affects on the environment (McLoughlin and Hanrahan, 2019). In this way, I
could understand that it become major source of damaging the business and require to fix this
type of problem by simply cleaning everything. I always try for building an effective
collaboration to eliminate complex problem within organization. As per my opinion, it is
important for everyone to aware about degradation and try to put efforts for eliminating problem
and issues. I realized that collaboration and partnership develop as key if that needed to move
towards future sustainability. In the recent study, I have to change my behaviors and attitudes in
regards of sustainable development (Kornilaki, Thomas and Font, 2019). The stronger
environmental attitudes were addressed by my own capabilities and felt that environmental
issues required to be important part of hospitality industry. However, I also determine the higher
rate of environment behavior which probably due to the enterprise aspects.

I must try to recognize that each part to play as challenge but many peoples are not saving own
world. As I move towards to examine the mind set of related sustainability where they are
properly aware about these things. First of all, I become conscious that how to build awareness
and putting extra efforts to reduce damage. In this way, I could develop own capability and
ability to handle any situation in proper manner (Ruhanen, Moyle and Moyle, 2019). I can pay
attention not only waste energy but needed to reduce wastes. Sometimes, I found that there are
many things that are not acceptable because it directly affects on overall business in context of
financial crisis and transaction loss. After discussion on sustainable development, I am trying to
aware about the topic and build own interest. I believed that one significant approach will change
the world but needs for greater participation of individuals.
As per analysing paper, I can easily gather and collect the information or data. My starting
process has to be improved in terms of enterprise activities into sustainability development. It
always helps for me to review the critically in best practices framework that useful for
organization. Through this study, I have clear important doubt related the improvement and
management of environment through sustainable development. Afterwards, I have been
automatically developing confidence level for learning different things related sustainability
development within hospitality industry (Yoopetch and Nimsai, 2019). I used to believe that
consider significant assumption for improving performance and efficiency. Hopefully I also
realized that as much possible to implement different strategies that useful for hospitality
industry in different perspectives. In this way, I also critically discuss about my personal
experience where I have found the both strength and weakness in the organization.
