Introduction
The reflective report is define the major aspects which is beneficial for the ;learning
programmes which is useful for the growth in personal and professional lifestyle. This is
concerned and linked with the first part of the report, which include basic learning skills and
gathering information during the assignment that will be discovered throughout the sessions.
This reflective report is basically helpful for covered under the skill development and having the
role in employability. This project helped me to complete the assignment within the specified
time period.
Reflection report
I am appreciative that I was able to gain vital knowledge while conducting a detailed
study on the topic of foundation of business communication which has enabled me to improve
my skills and abilities. This research has allowed me to improve my communication, numerical,
ICT, along with problem solving skills to expand my knowledge and skilfulness that will assist
me in accomplishing my professional goals and objectives. Understanding and analysing
information from various topics help he in enhance my knowledge to assist me in my future
career path.
I was able to gain crucial understanding of both verbal and non verbal communication
while studying the topic of foundation of business communication. This has assisted me to bring
efficiency in my work as I am able to communicated information and my view points in an
optimal manner. Moreover, it has helped me to enhance my verbal as well as writing
communication skills which are vital in business communication to transfer clear and appropriate
information. I have been involved in several seminar and online courses which have impacted
my both verbal and non verbal communication skills in a positive way. The seminars were able
to give me a perspective relative to the importance of an effective communication and how it
helps an individual to attain overall growth. Furthermore, the improvement in my
communication skills have helped me to be more efficient within a team as I am able to share my
opinions and ideas in a clear and direct way which helps in reducing confusion while transferring
crucial information.
During my second week I was able to improve my understanding and knowledge relative
to information technology and gained vital perceptive regarding ICT. I was able to identify that

information technology is playing a key role in changing and developing businesses around the
world. I was also able to understand the true potential and effective usage of internet relative to
its ability to collect information from various sources efficiently. Moreover, tools such as
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint were also included in my learning during this week. These tools
helps me in improving my overall performance and assisted me in improving my productivity. I
was able to learn that the ICT used in businesses enable them to gain effective understanding of
what tasks are required to be fulfilled and how they need to be conducted. Furthermore, I learned
that majority of task these days are require technology to save time and increase effectiveness. In
order to further expand my knowledge of information technology I was use various online
sources to gain a wider perspective of the topic which helped me in improving my ICT skills for
my future career and professional development.
During the third week my learning was optimal and effective as I enhanced by numeracy
skills. This allowed me to be efficient in determine and evaluation large statistical data which has
enabled me to make effective budgets for an organisation. In addition to this it enabled me to
improve my mathematical and logical reasoning skills. Furthermore, it is analysed that increase
the mental ability and one of the essential factor which is associated to the growth and perform
effectively in future path. Some of the major challenges which I have been facing is related to
leading up the team and perform in much better ways. The numeracy skill is one of the
significant and effective skills which is helpful for understanding the maths and determine the
major financial aspects within the new business. After this, I have analysed that I am also able to
develop my analytical skills to enhance the knowledge and work as the quick calculation process
in different segments. I have developed my skills and theories which are helpful for generating
the idea and developed systematic approaches to gain some effective support through the help of
mind map. I have also work to manage and enhance my skills to make effective approaches and
considered the skills to complete my work on time. All of these are play to work and make
essential role in addressing and managing the task to perform on the growth of an individual that
are leading to work and achieve effective career goals. Regarding all of these are helpful for
considering various statistical analysis to achieve appropriate data and gain appropriate
knowledge for addressing future issues and manage numerical data effectively and efficiently. I
have gain effective skills and knowledge that are smoothly working to make complex nature and
solve the issues in overall performance in systematic growth. These challenges are helpful for me

to grow in professional practices and make significant successive practices in major future
professional practices.
During the fourth week, I try to developed and enhance my skills which are helpful for
understanding the nature and make more informative approaches in different sectors. It will be
one of the essential factor that is helpful for generate skills which are required for making order
to solve and handle the complex situations. It will be beneficial for the project to accomplish the
task and majorly focused on the different issues that are needed to be follow smoothly. It is
furthermore helpful for improving overall performance and make successful approaches to
enhance my future growth. It has been analysed that there are major problems that can create the
barriers in effective growth and success to help systematic approaches. I have further analyse to
work appropriately and achieve deep understanding of the external factors and appropriate
actions which are used and must be implemented in the short and long terms perspective.
Furthermore, in the week four I have gained the knowledge to learn external environment, which
are associated to PESTLE analysis, porter's five forces and different type of practices which are
helpful for me to understand the nature in different perspective. With the help of numeracy and
ICT skills I gained different ways to solve the problems and contain effective ways. Furthermore,
at the time of dealing and enhancing my problem, I tried to work and solve the problems to
generate different solutions. I have worked and make analysing situations and lead the team as
per the view and accordance to manage best possible manner. In addition to this, I have analyse
that throughout the major problems and use their solving approaches would be considered to
analyse my skills and make effective process to manage effectively by removing barriers in
addressing career path.
In last, during the completion of fifth week, I have work and studies to manage the team
and provide effective coursework. This could be beneficial for the students to manage the
coursework and provide growth into the market. During the process of mine studies I have
developed major skills and basic information to gain the desired goal and objectives within the
organisation. In the last week, I learned how to coordinate effectively and make cooperation
among the different team members to achieve high performance and growth. It will be helpful
for generalising the work and carry out the task to complete effective workload and coordination
in numbers of team. In order to work and manage with effective team members, groups and
working will be beneficial to manage career development in future. Building up the effective

team and help the team members to work appropriately in different ways would be very helpful.
Team work and its management process is helpful for manage essential performance and skills to
lead the team and perform better in an effective ways. This skills are helpful for me to work and
manage the task activities and handle the contribution towards the career development and
desired goals to achieve better option in future. The overall experience and growth would be
helpful for most challenging and effective approach that was good for the success.
Conclusion
From the above reflective report, it is analysed that the use of different communication
skills is helpful and effective for the growth of personal and professional development.
Furthermore, most of the companies are appoint those people who are appropriate skills and
knowledge about the business and their customers. The use of above mentioned skills are very
effective and helpful for generating the idea and enhance my knowledge for the further use.
Which make a significant success growth in the basic activities and enhance my own knowledge
to work effectively into future.
