INTRODUCTION
The term international Business is referred as the trade of various goods and services, technology
and other capital across the national borders at an international and global level. The International
transactions of goods and services between two or more than two countries is the situation which is
referred as an important part of the business by which they can expand their business on a global
level (Zucchella, 2021). The international business is beneficial as it can increase the revenue,
decrease the competition, longer the lifespan of the product and can manage the easier cash flow.
This report will be based on the movie Up in the Air, which is based on the thought from a youthful
, new co – worker and the changeless travel of corporate down sizer and the idea of committed ness.
MAIN BODY
Up in the Air movie was released in the year 2009 which was an American comedy play directed by
Jason reitman. The film was based on the novel up in the air which was Scripted by Walter Kirn,
The narrative line of the movie is supported by the travelling corporate and its different views. Ryan
Bingham was a fictional character who works for the human resources practice firm, which
particularise in the employment termination assistance(Bolwijn, Casella and Zhan, 2018). The
consultancy work continuously takes him , around the country as he was good at conducting various
other company tasks and activities on the behalf of employers. Ryan also gives the different
motivational spoken language for the employers and the individuals in the administration so that
they can work to the best of their skilfulness. Ryan keeps on travelling to various spots due to his
work and other social control aspects so that they can not be postponed and procrastinated. During
his travelling, he meets a women whose name was Alex who was an Experienced professional and
also a good worker who is occupied in travelling and the related jobs and functions which were
performed on a daily basis for the company. The character named Ryan was a bit disturbed and
stressed as he was against the new process of hiring and discharging of the employees he also rise a
concern of the new routine being a bit impersonal and listless. A new co worker was also employed
in the business organisation and Ryan took the New co worker, who was chartered in his
administration on a tour so that he can show the value of face to face meetings with the employers
which can Further be helpful in maintaining the effective communication so as to maintain the
clarity. As he was guiding his colleague he build a casual relationship with another co work of the
organisation. This relationship helped him to see different things from the different point of view.
The up in the air film show various aspects of the business management field as well as the need

for consistently changing so as to stay dynamic according to the world. The Film also shows the
various sides of the workers as well as the employee such as, Greed, wants, alienation, infidelity
and other things which can Affect the business and the organisation in different ways. The movie
depicted the the various concepts of the corporate world as well as the continuously revolving
scenarios of hiring and firing along with the management of different activities which can Affect the
working environment of the Business on a negative as well as the positive way. The movie has also
included the various quandary that really initiated the further thoughtfulness that involved the
film's delineation of different issues which were related to household versus job, love and romance,
their agitation and negative impacts along with the freedom versus sincerity view as well. The
consultancy company of he Movie has covered the various aspects of the corporate sector which
can Affect the personal as well as the professional life of the individuals that are working in the
organisation(Kozlenkova and et.al., 2021). The ,main character of the movie helps the Business to
justify the negative consequences of the Hiring and firing policy which can hamper the productivity
of the individuals which can further lead to the workforce reduction. The Movie also helps the
viewers to observe the different ways which can be opted by the workers ads well as the individuals
so tjat they can change their way of doing works and managing the tasks and activities. The Movie
was called up in the Air as it shows the reality that Ryan expands a lot of time in travelling and
which transforms into his dependence. The Business and the organisation that was shown in the
Movie was quite diversified in term of activities, operations and management which involves the
different aspects of the corporate world. The organisational manager in the movie was quite
effective and efficient towards maintain g his activities such as staffing, directing and controlling as
well as the active planning and the implementation which can further be helpful for the betterment
of the organisation. The manager was excellent in maintaining the accountability(Aguilera and
et.al., 2020).

The movie has provided various learnings which can be helpful in understanding abut the corporate
aspects and other effective terms of the Business world. The movie was based on the importance of
moving continuously so that the people can get more social and they an also get aware about the
new point of views and other relevant features so as to stay dynamic according to the fast growing
world. It also displays the life of the most important customers- the travelling warriors and how
they function accordingly, when they move for living in Another place.
