INTRODUCTION
Self-development act like the suitable asset for the individual which is useful for the
overall development of prominent skills, behaviour and knowledge by which they tends to have
suitable edge for their future (Williams, 2019). The following report is liable in terms of gaining
the vision for prominent skills which have been developed at the time of executing the project.
Moreover, it also represent the prominent discussion regarding the capabilities which is required
for the future viewpoint and also as per the action plan which is developed by the overall
development that can be made for eliminating skill gap that exist.
Task 1: Skills Analysis
Skills developed as an outcome of project
Each and every individual go through by various projects in terms of achieving suitable
goals and objectives in their life. In regard of this, it also comes to the suitable professional and
academic factors that tends to change things by considering the importance for the effective
completion of project the cannot be neglected. Furthermore, projects also leads to enable the
overall performance of groups and individuals in order to cope up with the diverse situation
which has not been faced by them for the upcoming life span. Therefore, it act as an opportunity
for single person to organise the project as per the prominent demand which is considered for the
suitable learning by which they can improve their efficiency (Power, 2020). Moreover, this type
of learning represent the uplifting the current capabilities, skill set, competences and so on. It
result as the effectively organising the prominent functionalities in an improvised manner
considering the future at the time of working on the project.
For this, I have carried out the overall project which is required for having proper use of
suitable skills in order to have affirmative outcome that can be accomplished. Moreover, by
organising each and every stage in appropriate manner that has been grasped for the new skills
which are developed. Here, some of the prominent skills are developed due to the project which
are mentioned as: Time management: It depict as the capability of individual in terms of organising and
planning for the suitable division of time among prominent activities. It is the essential
that I have developed things at the time of carry out project by proper management of
time. This skill is also liable for offering help by prioritising task as per the importance

and deadline. Moreover, I am also able to achieve suitable project which is being given to
me for the particular period of time as per the needs and anticipations. Team working and leadership: It represent the suitable abilities of an individual to carry
out the collaborative working to attain the suitable goals. Along with this, leadership
depict the capability which is being possessed by the individual regarding the
accomplishment of goals for stipulated period of time (Ferguson, 2019). For this, the
project execution is useful for me in overall development of skills and organise liabilities
for the group by being for active member and managing for the activities like a leader.
 Communication skill: It is related with the suitable activity which is being defined as the
suitable ability and skill of individual that leads to deliver views and thoughts in their
mind. Along with this, the execution of project also permit with the development of
interactive skills by developing communication among various members and also
communicate with them by which they can organise suitable functions as per the task
(Clark, 2019). It is useful for the development of oral interaction but written abilities also
need to be worked on.
Things known that were not earlier known
At the time of carry out the project, I have learned several things which are not known to
me at the early time. By being the suitable part of project, I came to have suitable exposure of
various conditions which are being magnify my knowledge and learning as well. Along with this,
the starting thing I get to acknowledged regarding the importance of management as it is the
complex activity along with prominent task which is being managed prominently to make sure
that project can be finished as per the predefined period of time. Moreover, the suitable factor
which is being acknowledged at the time of organising the project is effective to opt things to
measure them so that issues which are faced by management can be reduced and also make sure
that all the liabilities are carry forward according to the suitable standards (Neighbour, 2020). It
also useful at the time of performing things in cooperative manner to ensure the prominent goals
which are being achieved in given time period. Along with this, I also learnt that the project is
succeed in terms of having suitable opinions as each individual is present within the team. It also
leads to maintain the prominent creativity in terms of generating the valuable sense.

Improvisation in confidence
At the time of pursuing the project, I also acknowledged several things which are not
known to me when I pursue the project. It lead towards the improvement for the learning which
is concerned with the suitable field that also help me in having suitable level of confidence.
Furthermore, I also got an opportunity regarding the leveraging skill set for making sure that
project which are being achieved for allocated to the given time period for having any
disagreement. It leads to develop the suitable confidence regarding in terms of learning which
have been developed for offering better career opportunities.
Usage of learning in future career
By undertaking the finding for having suitable learning for having undergone at the time
of carrying out the suitable project for having suitable reasons for professional personality. It is
also useful to improve access for better career by which I am able to develop suitable
competences, skills and abilities that leads to develop best in me at the time of working on my
project (Rosas, 2019). By this I am capable to develop suitable skills and develop excel for the
projects in which I am working on. It also tends to develop effective impression over the
associates and company with whom I am able to improve career opportunities that leads to
facilitate me for professional development.
Task 2: Plan Of Action
While pursuing the project, I have analysed that there are several skills that relies under
the scope for having suitable development. For this, there are suitable gap which depict the
prominent skill that represent disagreement which is faced at the time of undertaking the future
project which is being carried out for the future purpose (Cerruti, Tavoletti and Grieco, 2019). It
also undertake non-proficiency in their skills that leads to create pessimistic impact over the
future at the time of delivering liabilities. Hence, it is complex that suitable measure are taken
which should be executed for the suitable set of skills to improve the total personality and also
leads to opt for having prominently accessing career in the branch. In regard of this, action plan
is the concept which is useful for individual to enhance their skills to achieve targeted
proficiency for the given period of time (Reisman, 2020). Hence, the action plan for enhancing

CONCLUSION
By undertaking the above discussion it is identified that there are various skills which are
important for an individual to execute suitable activities on time. Along with this, when the
single person carry forward the project, then the outcome for the overall development of the
personality by improving the skills and knowledge of specific course of project. Moreover, it has
been determined that the action plan is the kind of documented plan that undertake help of
individuals in order to determine the gap in skills and also take suitable measures which are
useful in terms of addressing things on time. Moreover, the overall personality of a person gets

developed with the stipulated period of time. It leads improve the overall future scope of a
person in terms of gaining employment into large level of company and also leads to accomplish
success by working best undertaking the potential for long run.
