INTRODUCTION
A business consultant is a professional which provides expert or professional advice in a
specific field such as management, security, accountancy, law, human resources, financial
control or many other specialised fields. A business consultant is important because it help in
terms of finding the weak areas which provides creative solutions for those areas. The present
report will cover discussion about the skills which needs to be developed and about the level of
confidence which has been improved. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the
learning which can be used in the career and also about the knowledge which an individual
knows at the initial level of the process. Moreover, the report will cover discussion about the
plan of action which needs to be developed in order to filling the gaps and areas where
improvement is required.

As a result of the project, I have developed different kinds of skills which include
communication skills, listening skills, planning skills,. Problem solving skills, analytical skills
etc. As a part of the team, I have solved many business problems of the client due to which I got
the opportunity to solve these problems into efficient manner. At the initial stage of the process, I
didn't realise that how these skills can be helpful for me for further development and growth as
well. At the initial level, I didn't know that how to use these skills into effective and efficient
manner. These skills are helpful for my overall development and growth of the personality so
that I can perform into result oriented form into the future. At the initial stage, it was very
difficult for me to maintain a higher level of confidence because I was feeling nervous that
whether I can implement these skills at professional level or not. At a very large extent, my
confidence level has been increased on a very higher level because these skills give me that
confidence level that I can perform into efficient manner.
In the future, I can use these skills into efficient manner from the perspective of my
career. Communication skills help me in making strong bond with the clients and having good
communication skills help me in terms of conveying the exact information to other team
