Model in the organization which helps in maintaining the discipline in the

There are four factors in Tuckman Model
Forming- In this stage the team is assembled by what kind of people are
in the team and what are their task.
Storming- The team is becoming more close and trust is build in each
and every members. There are some battle arises in a team.
Norming- At reaching this stage, the team reaches at the stage of
development of entire group. The team starts working in a better way.
Any task is not taken personally any more.
Performing- At this stage the team operate as a single unit. They all
work in achieving the gaals and objective of organization. They all
perform for a common goals and objectives.
