INTRODUCTION
This report is conducted to provide personal experience related to working in team to
present information data related to presentation. There is difference in norms and working style.
So some ups and downs are discussed. Team is group of two or people which are working to
achieve same goals and objectives within specified time (Boud, Keogh and Walker, 2013).
MAIN BODY
Stage 1: Noticing
Working in team to present presentation is good experience for me. I had previous
experience too to presenting presentation and working in group. In this year also I got
opportunity to present presentation in group. There are three candidates which are part of this
activity i.e. me and two of my colleagues. Our team was good and efficient because every
member takes equal part in understanding and undertaking task. We has planned 6 meeting in
order to discuss different components of presentation. But in actual we can only conclude 5 of
them because of lack of time, mismanagement of activities, etc.
Stage 2: Making Sense
While preparing presentation several times, we performed brain storming activities
through which we can bifurcate between useful and irrelevant information. I am good at public
speaking and handling queries, so I am answer questions which may arise in question session.
While pursuing this project our presentation was impressive and able to deliver appropriate
information which is relevant (Hetzner, Heid and Gruber, 2012). We are able to get positive
points from lecturer because of joint efforts. While presenting presentation, there is equal
contribution to every team mates so it is easy to answer queries arise by lecturers. We practice
well how to present in formally and this assist us to present confidentially.
Our work is about presentation, so we had knowledge about different marketing aspects
such as marketing plan, marketing mix, Belbin Theory, etc. In our we tried to launch a new
product which is not existing in market. As I was representing last part part of presentation i.e.
conclusion and question session, so there are some arise which we can not answer related to our
new product and services. This creates some confusion and lack of confidence among us. When
there is questions arise against new product, then there is situation which affects our
presentation., but with intelligence I am able to answer them because in early presentations also I
had learnt how to deal with question or question session.

Stage 3: Making Meaning
There is equal role to three candidate, s we are responsible to completing task on time.
This is done because presentation activities are interrelated to each other. I and my colleagues
are motivated to get positive results. There are some issues which affects performance of team
such as lack of communication, etc. There is a colleagues who has dominating nature, so this
affects us to give our opinion. We plan to meet to discuss some concepts of marketing, it due to
her we are not ale to disclose our ideas. This thing I feel that affects brand image in negative
sense hence I need at technique to overcome it with equal opportunities to speak to all team
mates (Gallagher, 2013).
We all have good knowledge related to market, so it is easy to make alteration in works
while presenting in front of others. This is relevant and crucial for making changes while giving
speeches. We all are confident regarding our new product because we have knowledge relation
to it. We planned meeting but in 2nd meeting I feel that there is some ego issues which affect
performance, hence I gave idea to have some entertainment activities in between work. This
makes us energetic and we are able to understand mindset of each other.
Stage 4: Working with Meaning
In this stage after second meeting, we work with more energy because more than 60 %
work is remaining. We polish knowledge related to marketing related to STP, marketing mix,
etc. which is important and relevant to perform operations and improve base regarding
marketing. In presentation we have an idea to sale our product to audience but due to lack of
time, we are not ale to execute it. I asked colleagues to be more specific and relevant because
there are some queries which are related to basic aspect of marketing. We have learnt role of
digital technology in order to communicate with different employees working. This can be done
with collaborative working. We are able to finish our work within specified deadline but we are
not able to meet at last meeting because, there is no communication and when meeting is planed
one of our colleague was busy (Chikweche and Fletcher, 2012).
Stage 5: Transformative Learning
At last, this is the stage where we have to finish work within specified time. We practised
allot to finish our presentation on time, but one of our colleague was little nervous. We tried to
her morale. We all are confident and positive in relation to our presentation. I have learnt to work
in team with the help of different strategies such as collaboration of ideas, sharing of work, etc.

In future I am able to make perform activities in appropriate manner. There are some changes
which are less possibilities of accuracy in team work and work with appropriate manner. I deal
with respondents in way through which they does not get bored and able to maintain interest and
hence presentation is successful. I have good knowledge related to basic concept of marketing
with are beneficial for me in future (Hetzner, Heid and Gruber, 2012).

operation with others. I am able to understand mindset of people and make strategies to motivate
