individuals
Individual 1: in order to support a client with lower limb disability, I made a list of
equipments needed by him to ensure effective locomotion.
Individual 2: in order to support an client with visual disability, I made a list of resources need to
support his activities. I also conducted a meeting with the family members of the clients

communicated verbally. Failing to prevent the client aggressiveness will lead to medication.
3rd situation: in case the client is found to be suffering from depression and social isolation, a 24
hour service provider will be provided to him or her for establishing effective communication
with the client and understanding his or her specific concern.

In case any client demonstrate excessive aggressiveness as well as physically abuse our
employees, 1st of all his or her mental state will be assessed. Along with this, legal action against
the client will be taken in case of severe physical abuse.

service responses to meet the aspirations, needs, rights and preferences for people
with disability ( 2 in a simulated environment and 1 in the workplace)
1st environment: in order to provide person centered support to patients suffering from
dementia, I will recruit an employee who will be with the patient 24*7. We listen very carefully
to what he or she is saying or doing to understand or interpret what he or she needs or wants
2nd environment: In order to provide person centered care to an individual with lower limb
disability, I will provide him with all the resources he will need to move effortlessly.
3rd environment: In order to provide person centered support to the employees suffering from
disability, I involve the process involves listening, thinking together, coaching, sharing ideas,
and seeking feedback.
