INTRODUCTION
Development is consider as never ending process and procedure in a business that can helps
to sustain in competitive environment. There are many people who are working collectively for
the purpose of attaining the common goals. A business organisation and handling become
difficult for a person so it recruits many people who are called as team. This report is based on
Hightown Housing association that is charitable housing association operating business
principally in Hertfordshirem Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire (Alred, 2014). This
employs over 800 full and part time staff from its head office in Hemel Hempstead and manages
over 5000 homes, with an annual turnover of £48 million. This is large size organisations that
focuses on needs of people and provide them a good life so they feel good. This report covers
different topics such as analyse employee knowledge, skills and behaviour, factors that has been
considered at the time of implementing and evaluating learning, understanding of ways where
high performance working contribute to employee engagement and competitive advantages.
