mass media company which is commenced in the year of 1993. It's headquartered in London,
UK and it owns various media operation such as The Guardian, The Observer. It is well known
for its organisation culture and dedication of employees which lead them to achieve higher level

within organisation, importance of individual and organisational learning and benefits of high
