team will be designated to ensure that the existing crowd at the event is managed and seated in

the supporter or the sportspersons. According to the formulated project structure, strict actions

among the supporters of their favourite sportsperson. The management team will ensure smooth
coordination as well as cooperation within the volunteers and staff members involved in the

Prince 2 Methodology
Prince 2 can be characterised as a type of project management methodology in which four
