chosen organization for the paper is Montessori Academy. The research paper will describe the

how it is training its workers and employees and researches the professional development
projects that the company is working o for the betterment of its employees.

biggest business in United States that is known to have more than 66% of children which does
have any adult relative or home or parents to take care of them. According to the author Brennan
(2016) these organization provides full time and vital importance to childhood education. These

industry which is also known as the day care industry is an industry which takes care of the child
