I think I have always been diligent and hardworking about the ambitions as I was always
taught by my parents and teachers to make my way through success with effort and
determination. While being a student itself, I was very fascinated with science and technology
and thus, I loved reading science magazines, while I watched my friends being interested in
dissimilar things. However, my parents have always been encouraging about my aspirations and
interests and helped me move ahead to actualize my goals.
Since my very childhood, I was very fascinated by computers and how technology has
been aided to the system by human beings to make it surpass what human minds were able to
perceive of it. I was pretty much confident since high school days that I would like to pursue my
higher educations to learn about computer and technology. Thus, it was very satisfactory to take
up my BSc course in Automation from Chongqing University which broadened my knowledge
to various ideas and concepts such as Motion Control Systems, Electronic Design Automation
and so on. The Bacherlor’s degree course have enriched me to understand computer operations
from a developed perspective, which I could only try to relate to earlier. I am certain that I have
gained considerable expertise on the subject as I have also attended Summer School at Queen’s
University Belfast which was a program on Analog Electronics and Java Programming which
helped me master techniques of Java coding. I have also been a part of the Student Research
Training Program which allowed me to design a control circuit with low harmonic for resistive
load with large current using PWM.
I feel extremely fortunate to have been worked as the Trainee at Kechuang Vocational
Institution, Chongqing during which I received training in disassembly and programming of
Industrial robots. During this tenure, I could gain basic knowledge about Applied Automation
Technology and thus also learn about the ways in which the professionals are trained before they

actually take up important roles. I have been deeply enriched while being a Trainee at Chuanyi
Automation Co. Ltd which gave me the exposure to take up hands on tasks and gather practical
knowledge about detailed process of production related to flow instruments.
I was able to retain valuable experience of working as the Maintenance Fellow at Beigade
Electromechanics when I could sharpen my knowledge further by performing ladder design
programming based on GX Developer and MITSHUBI MELSEC F Series. I feel further
enhance my capabilities while being the Trainee at Luohuang Power Plant, China HuaNeng
Group Co. Ltd, because I could broaden my ideas on transferring of electricity from oil and coal.
These have helped me immensely, to grow as a professional as well as acquire skills. These have
shaped me to become more dedicated towards my interests and hence, also be motivated towards
learning new things.
The world is a space, where one can learn about new things everyday and one must not
cease to think the opposite. I am very keen to pursue the Master’s Programme in Industrial
Management and Innovation in the coming year and help myself further to be well equipped to
take up professional roles and enable myself with precise expertise. The course will help me
bring together technology and knowledge of business to innovate.
It is extremely delightful to anticipate being enrolled in the program as it would give me
opportunity to pursue my dreams and learn about amalgamating business with technology and be
associated with societal, technical and economical dimensions of society.
