ecologically sustainable manner
Improvising the employment pattern and recruitment cycle of the organization
Improvising of the client relationship methodologies and protocols (Hollensen 2015)
Strategies to achieve the objectives
In order to achieve the objective certain strategies and actions have been formulated.
They have been cited briefly below.
Maintain and expand sustainable natural resources that are based on industry
consistency along with ecological and traditional values (Pless, Maak and Stahl 2012)
The establishing of viable and sustainable indigenous managed industries and
manufacturing
Establishing of small scale business and industries to meet the needs of the
communities and other industry demands (Schaper et al. 2014)
Developing and implementation of strategies to improve the competitive advantage of
the organization and the economic activities as well as regulate the flow of cash
and bigger prospects in terms of global expansion (Hitt, Ireland and Hoskisson 2012). The
