Industrial placement are required to do to as part of their specific degree courses placement is a
practice of extended period for work experience undertaken to University student where the
looking for potential professional development job through their supplement of degree
(van Vuuren, Vermeulen and Bekker, 2019). Placement is provide an opportunity in which
student can prepare themselves as professional skills overs better workplace an effective and

Skill audit it is essential where is a process of measuring and collecting the skills of an individual
candidate or a group people. The main objective of conducting this is a skill audit in an
organisation to identify the potential manpower and to mapping the overall performance a
prospective of their skills knowledge that stood to the organisation objective. As I have
plan to commence my placement which I have done my internship from Daaps Technology
Private Limited as Business analyst (Simoni, Cautela and Zurlo., 2019) . Under this particular
field I trained myself on various skill set and knowledge attributes such as the decision making,
communication adaptability that helps to make my placement as well as my internship
successful. During my internship I was into analysis which I have to measure overall two
Technology market through. Somehow my company guide instruct me the how to control or
operate the work to Business. There work some situation on which I was lacking such as how to

promote it product on Business platform, lacking interpersonal skills where create certain
conflicts in my internship days. As my internship was 3 to 6 month around in which I get to learn
about more innovative work practice in Businessworld as well as through proper balance from

Reflective Diary of Industrial placement
During my internship I was working in Daaps technology Pvt Ltd as Business analyst. My
role was tracking web marketing dynamics, do statistical analysis, create Business marketing
strategy plans, and report Business outcomes. They plan content strategy, develop data
visualisations, and share their conclusions and observations with co-workers and customers. It is
a software based organisation that provides Business services to their customers in regard
different application (Panetti., Parmentol and Reynolds., 2019). As a trainee I was analysing the
working style of company and in Businessteam where learn about the different systems that used
by the company to conduct research and collect data from different sites. During my training I
was conducting these responsibilities such as:
 Consumer, advertisement, and web behavioural data are collected and analysed.
 Advertisements are being tested, core metrics are being analysed, and ways to improve
marketing performance are being identified.
 Creating and sharing takeaways from the research, providing implementable observations
and advice.
On regular basis they were review our performance and ask questions in regard of different
systems that had learned from them. There are analysing various methods that use by company
for the analyst such as:
Email Campaign: Email campaigns are outreach strategies that include addressing a large
number of people at once. Email promotions are the most effective way to target users and new

customers with unique deals and useful material. It's also a good way to improve the client
relationships
Key performance indicator: This method was monitored, and efforts were made to improve the
agent's Google search ranking. In addition, 5,000+ users received information transfer through
learning focused on market criteria and KPI review. Furthermore, Work with governments to

From the company perspective learn about the Business industry in which using new

As trainee my team leader provides me a project to design an application for mobile. It
was a good opportunity for me to develop app for carrying out my skills in effective manner. In

recent years, there has been a lot of buzz about Smartphone apps. The majority of entrepreneurs
have already built or are planning to develop Smartphone applications for their businesses. It's
important to recognise the obstacles and devise strategic strategies to solve them (Rahayu., Rasid
and Tannady., 2019). For this I can prepare a team of 4 members and discuss about six most
major problems in mobile app growth. At the starting of the project I was nervous because have
no experience how to effectively develop an application in right manner. With this processor
face many issues like:
An engaging app idea: With so many possibilities, web developers must actively monitor
their work to ensure that they are creating apps that people want. Isn't it true that you'd rather not
have a request that no one wants?
Solution: There's a lot of testing to be done, and there's a lot of research to be done. Conduct a
Business survey to see if there is a market opportunity that you can fill. You must not only create
an application that people value, but you must also make it look practically outstanding with
outstanding visuals and functionality.
Cross platform apps: We no longer live in a time when Smartphone developers were
limited to creating mobile applications for standard screen sizes, smart phones, and web
browsers (Bagdadli and Gianecchini, 2019). Citizens are using computers with a variety of
screen sizes. As a result, developing and creating a mobile app with just a few bigger screens and
computers is a no-brainer.
Solution: While developing a mobile device, app development companies must use a responsive
interface to ensure that the app runs smoothly on all mobile devices.
Interactive apps: Interactions are just as important as a captivating concept. Mobile
phones are laden with high-resolution sensors, which open up a plethora of possibility. As a
result, smartphone software companies will get the most out of these sensors. However, creating
interactions is time-consuming and difficult to navigate at the design period.
Solution: To save time at the design period, consider experiences ahead of time. Often, strive for
a widespread applications background. Don't limit yourself to just hitting and swiping. You may
use keys with various click options and overlays to display additional information.
Application content management: Application development techniques for apps are
rapidly evolving. Richer content material, such as images, videos, and illustrations, must be

added to mobile applications on a regular basis (Srinivasan and et.al, 2020). However, updating
such content on a smartphone app is difficult due to the high bandwidth requirements.
Solution: Since certain technological issues arise when upgrading the existing mobile app with
fresh content on a regular basis, it is preferable to install a new version of the software.
Currently, there are a number of platforms available on the market that make managing phone
app content easier (Lent and Brown, 2020). This type of framework aids in the efficient usage of
resources and the delivery of reliable information

which I have to create and plan Business marketing campaigns including web design SEO email
social media and display advertising regarding with my company product and services. Apart
from it, to maintain our own social media website pages to access the customer feedback as well
as addition regarding with overall Business channels. I have to constantly measure and prepare a
report of farmers about our product reviews through customers as well as Business marketing
campaign activities (Scott and et.al, 2019). This to mapping this work my output generated
through clients calls from our marketing campaign paid a visit from our website and I have to
approach all those clients to pitch our product and services. There were some clients who not
shows their interest and some does. On that particular moment I have to scrutinize each and
every client demands or needs from our product and services to offer them or what they expect
from us.
Yes my company assign me certain responsibility jobs on which I have to maintain the overall
marketing campaign and some sort of activities which generate the leaves of clients. Therefore I
have to plan some marketing activities like a video presentation in that I highlight some product
and services of our own company to determine straight for their features and how it going to be
benefited for clients towards their long-term period (Rowston, Bower. and Woodcock., 2020).
As I have gained many positive person experiences and which I got a chance to explore different
peoples who work in technology industry, certain opportunities which I attain and prove my
skills to the to generate a better leaves for a company as well as from this internship I got to
know how Business marketing is too important for today's Business generation. It provides many
opportunities regarding online Business interacting with customer through different social media

As I scrutinizing many placement jobs from different job portals where types of industries
have recruitment for hiring vacancy position where the company seeking for potential
candidate. I was doing my MBA from University after the end of the semester our
management team was planning to conduct a placement sessions in which multinational
companies visit to a campus for career counselling I provide them jobs as per their degree.
The basement applies for my career is very important what and where I get a chance to
interact intellectual peoples in corporate sector (Khalafallah, and et. al., 2020). After
interacting with them it enhance my future plans in a positive direction by getting
counselling through experts and the corporate personalities. Although I get a platform of
placemen through from my University where Daaps Technology were seeking for Business
analyst position I attend this opportunity where I clear my interview and I got selected as an
intern for Business analyst position.
Some sort of challenges switch I have faced drawing a placement process, beginning I was
not able to find my company as per my skills and knowledge. Apart from it, there some
interviews where I didn't perform well so I have I also have faced rejections due to different
reasons like a lack of communication confidence decision making not having proper
organizational skills and so on. This type of projections creating a use conflict on my
career path and I was not able to improve my interpersonal skills issues. After sometime I
get a platform to perform in IT company where I selected as a intern in Business analyst
where I was always wanted to explore my career in into marketing field. Starting of my
internship to completion this platform gives me certain opportunities in which I have
improved my skills like confidence, personality, decision making communication etc.
Although I also get to know more about functions of marketing in form of Business world
and I gained so much of novice like SEO, website designing, creating effective marketing
campaign online and so on (Leivadeas and et.al, 2019). Therefore, what I believe that
