such as strokes stress, diabetes, and heart attack.
This research would also obtain the result that there is a significant favorable relationship
between industrialization and employability. There is evidence that due to industrialization, there
is a need to recruit more employees to more work hence it creates difficulties for managing each
employee. This research would provide a result that there is a modern impact of industrialization
on workforce health/stress/employability in Australia. There is a fact that in Australia,
Industrialization does modern impact on impact because the company focuses on different
advantages that could be beneficial for employers. After all, it can decline expenditure and
wastages of the firm.
