1. Reason for the selection of the subject matter by the team
The main reason for the team for the selection of the modern effects of industrialization
on the employability is to have a better understanding of the dynamics associated with
the subject matter. With the selection of the topic it can be identified that with the
modern industrialization the scope of the employability increases (Colombo, et. al.,
2016). This further supports the reduction and alleviation of poverty. With the selection
of the subject matter it can be evaluated by the members of the team that with the
modern industrialization are pulled out of low productivity agriculture to manufacture
leading to both increases in overall productivity and economy as well (Ndiya &
Kangjuan, 2017). However, the team gains knowledge on the aspect of the scanning of
the environment so as to have suitable variation in the working patterns leading to the
better attraction of the workforce from a greater market scenario.

2. Review of the literature with respect to the subject matter
As per the views of Oberdabernig (2016), it has been observed that modern
industrialization tends to bring a significant change in the work environment. Such
variation tends to affect both in the positive and negative manner on the aspects of the
employability. In this regard the author suggested that the business concern authorities
must properly scan the environmental aspects so as to judge and evaluate all the
aspects leading to better command and supervision on work operations. Further
provided, the author elaborates that there is a significant contribution of the
industrialization in the job creation leading to a better standard of living by the people
(Ndiya & Kangjuan, 2017). This will also assist in the increment in the overall economy
in both the national and international market.

3. The research problem that intends to be addressed by the team
While conducting the research work the members of the team are required to address a
series of the issues that need to be managed in a proper manner so as to attain positive
and negative points.
Some of the problems that need to be addressed include the following aspects:
 Series of the dynamics associated with the modern industrialization.
 Understanding of the issues related to the employability so as to confirm it with the
aspects of the modern industrialization (Sumanasiri & Yajid, 2015).
 Understanding the behavior of the existing workforce with respect to the subject matter.

4. Research questions with respect to the subject matter
With the above analysis it can be concluded while conducting some of the questions are
requisite to be answered by the members of the team so as to have a better
understanding of the subject matter.
Question1: What are the consequences with respect to the modern industrialization on
the aspects of the employability?
Question2: Do the subject matter has a positive or negative impact on the work
operations of the company concern?
The first one will be majorly focused by the team members to attain reliable and specific
information as per the understanding and to meet the research specifications.

With respect to the expectation of the team in relation to meeting attendance is that all
the activities must be completed in the desired time frame so as to attain the positive
outcomes.

attend a team meeting or complete their individual work promised to the team
(deliverable)?
For such purpose, the team member will ensure suitable discussion such that the part of
the role can be performed in an easy manner and can be allocated to each member in
equal proportion.
f. What are your team's expectations regarding the quality of the team members'
preparation for team meetings?

The team members must actively participate in the research work so as to ensure better
and suitable decision making with respect to all the facts and aspects related to the
subject matter.
g. What are your team’s expectations regarding team members’ ideas, interactions
with the team, cooperation, attitudes, and team-member contributions in general?
There must be suitable cooperation among all the team members so as to have better
communication about all the terms related to the subject matter. This will assist in better
decision making.
h. How will your team ensure that members contribute as expected to the team and
that the team performs as expected?
For such suitable standards are required to be set so as to have a suitable comparison.
i. How will your team reward members who do well and how will you collectively
manage members whose performance is below expectations?
For such purpose suitable rewards will be provided for better work operations. However
for below expectation performance suitable measures will be adopted.
