Executive Summary
The purpose of the research paper is to review the childcare organization that has been
selected in the paper. The paper will provide a brief description of the industry that has been
running in Australia for quite a long period of time. It will look into the industry further and will
perform an in dept research on the organizational structure of the chosen industry in Australia.
The first part of the research paper will look into the professional development needs of the
organization and how it is enabling the employability in the workplace. The aim of the research
paper is to review what the organization that is the Montessori Academy doing for its induction,
trainings, professional development of the employees who are working in the academy. The last
part of the research paper will provide a summary how the organization is performing for the

Introduction
The aim of the report work is to provide a brief description of the chosen workplace
which is Montessori Academy in Australia. The childcare industry is worth $54 billion dollars in
the present era. It is also one of the biggest business in United States that is known to have more
than 66% of children which does have any adult relative or home or parents to take care of them.
According to the author Brennan (2016) these organization provides full time and vital
importance to childhood education. These industries are growing very fact and are robust
(Wolfenden & Yoong 2019). The child care industry which is also known as the day care
industry is an industry which takes care of the child or multiple children whose age ranges from
six weeks to is years. The present child care industry serves the children with various types of
services and care like looking after the children on a day to day basis, nannies, babysitters,
teachers and other types of educational providers.
