Introduction
A manager is someone who is in charge of monitoring and managing employee
interactions as well as making successful progress toward an organization's growth.
Managers have a wide range of tasks that are beneficial to the company's success. This
include activities such as implement systematic improvements and employ various
management and leadership ideas. This paper offers a personal assessment on several
techniques and management theories that might be implemented in consulting organisation to
increase productivity and profitability. I've received several types of experience relating to
management and leadership philosophy including use of related models (Lingard, Wakefield
and Walker, 2020).
Main Body
During engaging with this assignment, there were several moments in which I gained
valuable experience and knowledge in regards to strategic management and other related
theories as well as models. All of the events and weeks have given me a significant level of
information and helped me a better vision of an industry consulting project. During studying
on the project, which was centred on identifying business challenges and analysing the
solutions that are associated with them, Week after week, the assignment has provided an
insight into the workings of the commercial world. Throughout these assignments, I had to
look at a lot of online content and read publications about other organisations to learn about
their working methods and business principles (Love and et. al., 2018). During this period, I
realised that the success of every firm is dependent on the employees who work for it. Many
are several management philosophies, each of which may have a significant impact on
managing experiences and how being a manager feels in various situations and cultures. As a
manager, I believe it is my primary responsibility to ensure that my staff have clear goals and
expectations, as well as the support, education, growth, and opportunities to achieve these
objectives. If somebody on my team is underperforming, it is my responsibility to help them
improve and realise their full potential (Lin and Edvinsson, 2020).
I was able to increase my communication, time management, and decision-making
abilities when conducting research projects. When it came to properly finishing my
investigation, I noticed a few skills and flaws. For example, my communication skills help
me to speak more effectively with responders filling out a questionnaire form. They help me
persuade others to provide accurate information about a problem noted in the project report.

With the support of my good time management abilities, I was able to complete this research
within the allotted time span. Throughout the process, I followed a weekly schedule that led
me through each activity. Additionally, decision-making talents were crucial since, after
obtaining all of the essential information, I had to make a legitimate interpretation in order to
achieve the intended result. A research topic necessitates that I make appropriate selections
and get reliable and accurate information. On the other side, there were certain issues that I
was concerned about receiving a decent score for my evaluation because of a lack of stress
management and problem-solving ability. I become concerned when I see a lot of work, thus
this is my current problem, since I have to keep all of my activities on track and accomplish
each assignment within a certain period of time. These became one of my worst weaknesses
since I was unable to complete my daily life tasks and had been estranged from my family.
Furthermore, I lack problem-solving skills, since I was unable to deal with a variety of
difficulties that arose throughout the process of filling out questionnaire forms to acquire
information on the issue. I've begun working on these issues and will try to resolve them in
my forthcoming initiatives.
I believe that every team goes through the stages mentioned in the theory, and that
understanding the processes is necessary for determining and putting out effort when the
team is not functioning or gelling successfully. The concept gives the team this assurance,
and its members gain the ability to overcome the hurdles and challenges they confront as
individuals to form a team that achieves remarkable results. I have watched all of the
individuals progressively move from their own experiences, working strategies, and
approaches to collaborating on successful ways and plans to achieve the goal. I am now able
to better consider and justify the construction of plans and activities that are decided by
senior members of the group, which effectively assists me in addressing the concerns of all
team members and insuring team satisfaction, thanks to the strategic management approach
and Ethical research principles. Strategic management is a strategy that allows the board of
directors and senior management to stand back from day-to-day operations and consider the
company's long-term goals. Without this discipline, the organisation may become
preoccupied with solving the next problem or worrying about the bigger picture. I've
mastered the many perspectives and growth of management approaches in order to analyse
effective changes and make perspective meaning of various management fundamentals for
the growth and implementation of effective changes that are relevant to the company's
growth. I analyse the many meanings and duties of a leader or management after obtaining
expertise. All of them are tied to work and provide authoritative power, which forces an

individual forward in a more effective action plan. I noted various platforms and made
modifications for analysing growth and perspective changes for teamwork and making
appropriate challenges by using a specified models such as SAF that is concentrated on
teamwork spirit and a good communication channel to analyse and work effective growth
(Drouin and et. al., 2021).
If someone appears to be unmotivated, it is my obligation to help them discover the
possibilities and avenues to pursue. Although employees are in charge of their own careers
and development as managers, it is my responsibility to create and maintain an environment
in which they can operate as a team and as individuals. I will only succeed if all of my team
mates succeed. However, it is administered by someone who presents a different scenario of
working conditions to perform standard activities for completion of task. Sharing my
experience after completion of the construction industry task, it was all about channelling
one's strengths and skills toward a manager's planned or directed direction. I have grasped the
many views and growth of management approaches in order to analyse effective changes and
make perspective meaning of various management fundamentals for the growth and
implementation of effective changes that are relevant to the company's growth. I analyse the
many meanings and duties of a leader or management after obtaining expertise (Santhanam-
Martin, Bridge and Stevens, 2019). All of them are tied to work and provide authoritative
power, which boosts individual forward in a more effective action plan. I noticed various
platforms and made systematic changes for analysing growth and perspective changes for
team coordination and making appropriate challenges by using appropriate leadership style
that is focused on teamwork spirit and a strong communication channel to analyse and work
effective growth. After considering everything, I believe, I am qualified to be a manager
since I have strong communication, management, and time management abilities.
Furthermore, I am skilled at critical analysis, which enables the team and firm to function
more efficiently and analyse management's growth strategies. All of these things are
beneficial and they are improving the situation and making systematic improvements in order
to achieve successful changes in collaboration when working on a construction project.
Which are work-related and aid in the development of effective approaches for working on a
personal and professional leadership action plan. All of this is connected to managing
appropriate growth and activities for practical action, as well as creating an effective career
path that is beneficial to my advancement and increases my core leadership skill (Doyle,
2018).

In my scenario, it is critical to recognise an individual's capability when it is utilised
to assess some of the long-term prospects for this individual. Any individual must be aware
of the extent and viability of any assignment. Furthermore, each individual has short- and
long-term goals on which they typically focus and concentrate. To reach these goals, it is
critical to develop a sustainable strategic route that contributes to increased profitability and
productivity. The task plan is generally related with any form of psychological or physical
job that is associated with the workplace. It frequently develops a variety of settings in order
to complete that specific scope of work (Smith, 2018). However, some people are adapted to
various frameworks in their nature when adjustments are made to make things more
sustainable. Individuals’ long-term viability is linked to their potential to achieve anything
they desire, and they require hard effort and clever work in order to attain efficiency. There
are many different leadership styles used in the workplace to attain distinct aims and
objectives. There is a leadership attribute that is commonly seen in many organisations, and
their major goal is to compile a list that will assist the organisation in simulating and
maintaining scenarios (Carr, McGuirk and Dowling, 2019).
I have always strived to make my workplace functional and efficient in its operations,
as well as to foster correct growth and intervention that would allow me to earn more profit
over time. In this, I used to reveal many thoughts that are producing the factor in variety and
auto-create the authenticity that is trustworthy to sustain the environment's resilience and
prioritise the future of an ecosystem. There was a diverse collection of ideals related with
sustainability which could be further brought forward to manage operations in future.
Furthermore, sustainability, in my opinion, is a concept that is employed to supply many
factors and a correct essence regarding existence and its progress (Watson and Fox, 2018).
Furthermore, when we link the rise of sustainability to the organisation, we see that it is also
a composed behaviour in which profit and productivity are preserved while adhering to the
values and authenticity of sustainability. Wind energy, solar energy, crop rotation, water
efficient fixtures, and green space are some examples that might help people comprehend the
idea of sustainable development. As a result, economic growth and development has caused
the environment and social costs to follow the models of sustainable development as of
today. Since the industrialisation of the world, the world has been in the hands of rapid
technological advancement, which has caused various acceleration pastes in the development.
As a result, it is critical to concentrate on natural resources that can last longer in the face of
global warming, habitat loss, poverty, and a slew of other social and environmental concerns,
and to increase investment in more sustainable development approaches. The concepts of

sustainable development that indicate the elements that contribute to economic progress,
society, and growth and another section are included in this (Caffieri and et. al., 2018).
Conclusion
In above reflection report, it can be concluded that organisational leaders are required
to take effective action and ensure that demand for analysis is managed and grown. All are
linked to work and creating systematic problems and aligning diverse sources for a gain
different approach and making some effective appropriate solution to manage and work in
accordance with the company's progressive growth for myself and my peers. With the use of
the aforementioned theories and platforms, multiple platforms can work together to analyse
management processes in order to control personal management practises. All are connected
to work and contribute to the company's successful changing environment, as well as
methodical growth in adaptive technologies and changing culture.
