A brief description of Hilton hotel
Hilton Hotel is a famous organization for offering the quality services of hospitality at the
international level. Hilton hotel was established by Conrad Hilton in 1919. This brand is mainly
focused on leisure travelers to increase their profitability. It mainly focuses on certain locations
like convention centers, developed cities, famous vacations, and near airports. The main of
selecting this location is that organization want to get higher competitive benefits. Hilton hotel
could use a loyalty program in the hotel for their guest as it could be effective in getting a
reliable outcome. There are different activities that are offered by Hilton to the member who
directly uses their services such as Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and Hilton app (Hilton hotels and
resorts, 2018).
Description of the hospitality industry
The hospitality industry could offer many activities of service industry like transportation, theme
parks, lodging, event planning, and cruise line. The hospitality industry is more profitable as
compared to other activities. There are certain factors that are considered in hospitality like an
amusement park, restaurant, facility maintenance, and operation of direct. It could assess the
responsibilities of kitchen workers, housekeepers, bartenders, marketing, human resources,
porters, and management (Australian Bureau of statistics, 2018).
Overview of how you plan to respond to Assessment 2
Initially, different I will practice different theoretical approaches and models for assessment 2
named Individual SWOT analysis by considering the primary and secondary sources. It will be
effective for evaluating the depth data about the organization (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, &
Wright, 2017). In this, Laureate Professional Competencies framework, as well as Gallup
Reports, will be practiced to evaluate the information of the organization. In this, who one being

a stakeholder of the organization along with their specific competencies, behaviors, skills, and
experience have been addressed due to increasing the employability in the upcoming period. In
this, training, professional development and succession planning program of Hilton will be
evaluated by me. In last, I will deeply evaluate the company collateral.
Justification of how your plan for Assessment 2
This proposal will be effective for increasing the employability in the upcoming period. This
plans will also be effective for examining the SWOT. It could be effective in examining my
strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats of an individual (Wright, 2018). I will evaluate my
specific experience and competencies, and behavior which will increase my employability in the
upcoming period. In this, I will improve my knowledge about the stakeholders of Hilton.
