Introduction
The purpose of the paper is to provide general out-knowledge about the various
developments and the skills that are necessary by an assistance manager for maintaining the
work environment at a hotel industry (Alhelalat, 2015). The following report would be
discussing about the impact that a manager exhibits on their peers. It would also be
evaluating the relationship with the working environment of the organization.
Discussion
Service marketing mix
In an organization, it is important to set a mission and vision that is needed to be
followed and carried on with the work and the service that is being provided by the
organization to their customers. It helps the employees and the management of the
organization by guiding them to achieve the goals that are set by the organization
(Domínguez-Falcón, Martín-Santana & De Saá-Pérez, 2016).
Service Package
Being an Assistant Manager, it is necessary that they themselves follow the mission
and the vision statement as they act as a guiding tool to their peers. As they would be
following them, other employees that are impersonating them would follow them too. Thus,
as being the Assistant Manager of Regent Park Resort, it would be helpful for the
organization that they have been working by the provided guideline.
Product Life Cycle
The resort have an historical background as it have been witnesses of the Hindu-
Muslim riot, back in the old days (Bordean & Sonea, 2018). Thus, having an employees from
a multi-cultural background, it was estimated that the working environment at the resort

would be distorted with its historical background and would impact in the relationship
between the employees themselves. However, being as the Assistant Manager, it was
overseen that the working environment was not as it would have estimated to be.
Service-scape
Employees working in the organization have been working in total harmony by
helping each other and creating an aura of positivism (Boella, 2017). It also have been
achieved by the contribution of the Assistant Manager that have contributed to from the
bonding among the employees and keeping them in touch with every individual present at the
resort during working hours.
Conclusion
Thus, the report can be concluded by proving a brief overview of the practicum. The
report have discussed about the how an manger could impact their peers with their qualities
and the factors that make Assistant Manager helpful for making an example among the
employees. The report also have discussed about the relationship among the employees.
