Equality
Hospitality industry is facing unique and complex set of problems when there is a talk of presenting
women in front of whole industry. If we look at hospitality and industry of tourism then gender
inequality creates problem. In high level of hospitality industry the percentage of women is very
low. Their is a gender biasness in some industry where they see difference in women and men and
at the time of salary they give less salary because of gender and because they are women. The
hospitality industry thinks that women cant do anything thats why they pay more to men employees
in compare with women. Hospitality industry have to remove this gender equality they have to treat
fairly both male and female employees. First of all at he time of recruitment and promotion take
your decision fairly. Provide task without discrimination and give responsibilities to them. It is
important to understand the gender inequality and they have to control it with carefully. Investing
more in the education of staff to help them to learn new skills. With the help of this industry have to
know that how to correct thhe gender ineqaulity. They have to give same benefits which they are
giving o other employees. Equality in the hospitality is very important because if inndustry behaves
same with everyone then employees will give their best and they will put more efforts in their work
and this will lead to better esult in their work also and helps industry in growing nore. So the best
thing is to treat everyone same not judge on their caste, religion or any physical disabilities because
every employee is prcious for our industry(Ionel, 2016).

Report
According to me hospitality industry is very beautiful and full of colors in it thats why most of the
people take hospitality as a carrer because a job in the hotel industry is a great deal and it gives you
freedom and mobility option a swell as this is a rare opportunity to meet and interact with different
kinds of people from all corners of life. I notices that who wants a adventourous life they can join
hospitality industry because it is related to the world of tourism. I am active and i have a great skills
of leadership which helps in making good hotel managers and creative leaders. From my point of
view there are so many advantages of choosing hospitality industry because through this i can roam
different hotels, restaurants, and travel and meet with different peoples all over the world. I heard
from so many people that they hate hospitality industry because of work routine(Huang and et.al.,
2016). For me it is fashionable and i love the diversity of the industry. I experienced so many
advantages while working with hospitality industry which are meeting with new peoples such as
leaders, politicians, celebritites and actors. Industry gives tips and bonuses to us and provide trips to
so many countries and working in abroad is a great experience and in abroad the percentage of tips
are high and they provide excellent services to me. I just have to pay service charge when i satyed at
a luxury hotel all i have to pay a travel charge of cruise. I faced so many challenges while working
with a industry because it develops person thinking ability and after developing our mind i am more
creative in hotel industry. I agree that hospitality industries are different because i saw so many
poeples who are growing with the help of hospitality industries and some of are craving for
promotion. The best thing about which i experienced is salary satisfaction becasue they provide so
many services including effective salary(Falk, 2016). It gives me positive experience while working
with hospitality industry(Neirotti, Raguseo and Paolucci., 2016).
It is best for me because i have a problem of waking late in the morning and this will help me to
wake up early in the morning. The best thing i experienced is that they have two working shifts
which aree morning and night shift. Which shift you will prefer its on you i like to wake up early in
the morning so i prefer morning shift. The hectic work remove your laziness and gives u motivation
and energy fot the whole day survival. There are some benfits which we can enjoy them. Events are
the best option for earning more because in this i have attended the event and at some event there is
a lot of work and at some we just have to paas the time and they will pay you lot for just 2-3 day
woprking. There are so many events for earning work and without joining hotel industry some of
the event managers can hire you for the event. The money for the event is depend on that event that
how big is that event it is(Ling, Liu and Wu., 2017). For me hospitality jobs are easy to start
because i was preparing for something else adn if i want tyo join hospitality industry in the mid
teram i have a advantage that i can take admission in mid term too. The best thing which i want to
tell is that we can experience lot of new dishes and eats varieties of food items. This is the best part

tell is that we can experience lot of new dishes and eats varieties of food items. This is the best part

of hospitality industry that we can taste varieties of dishes. I experienced lots of things while
working with this industry like if we work with this industry we will feel like home. Every
employee seems to be a family member and their is lot of fun it doesnt feel like that i was stay away
from home. I miss all that people when i am going to leave this hospitality industry because they
treat me like as my family provide every happiness and all the benefits which they are recieving.
Hospitality industry is huge and connected there is chance that i can meet my hospitality friends in
my ahead career. I experienced that hospitality career is a huge industry and people who are
working in hotel industry can hired anywhere in other companies too. I need some evidence from
those people who says that hospitality industry creates negative impact on their life. I too get
motivated about hospitality industry when i heard that their are these advantages when you work
with hospitality industry. The best part of hospitality industry is i can work anywhere in any city,
town or small areas where any hotel is situated because there are so many scopes in the world for
hotel industry. According to my experience i would like to say that the future of hospitality is bright
and i noticed that from 1 in 10 people are employed from the hospitaity industry from a long time. It
is not like that their are only advantages of working in hotel industry i saw and i too experienced
that their are prons and cons both and the disadvantage of the industry is that they are so demanding
and it is stressful. I have to work for 24/7 adn whole 365 days or i can say year. I was working and
others are doing fun and the one more negative thing about is that sometimes i have to spend more
then my working hours. Different shifts creates problems and extended hours make feel you tired.
Sometimes some of the workers need lots of dedication and they have to work for a long time and
after giving long time service you will be awarded with the best paying options(Ozturk, 2016). In
hospitality industry the clients are so demanding we have to work according to them. Their
demands are very stressful and difficult to fulfill. Im hospitality we have to arrange anything if it
was a last moment or the beginning. I faced so many problems while working with different clients
because of clients our management also messed up. My personal experience that if you are not in
habit of dealing the extreme pressure and the high expectations from clients then you will going to
be beat physically(Ali, Amin and Cobanoglu., 2016.).
Conclusion
From the above study it has been summarized that there are various laws which has been followed
by company. It has helped them in creating employees loyalty. Hospitality industry has been
engaged in providing safe working conditions to employees which has supported them in reducing
working with this industry like if we work with this industry we will feel like home. Every
employee seems to be a family member and their is lot of fun it doesnt feel like that i was stay away
