INTRODUCTION
Inequality has been created among people on the basis of rich, poor, age , caste , race,
religion and many more. Most of the people are discriminated in various areas. Poor are those
group of people who do not enough money to spend purchase basic necessities of life. They
work at small level just to fulfil their basic requirement only. Present report is based on
inequality, mobility which is conducted with poor (Heathcote, Perri and Violante, 2010).
According to provision of law, they have certain power to file case them who discriminate them
without any reason.
TASK
Poor are the group of person who are not able to earn more money. They work to fulfil
their basic requirement to spend life. In mostly areas people are discriminated on the basis of
age, caste, race, rich, poor etc. As per provision of law population having certain power to fight
with them and file case against separated them from another group of people (The Inequality

having close relationship with power, inequality, mobility etc. because it usually happen with
them. According to constitution, various fundamental rights and duties are imposed on people
which are able to protect their interest and rights.
Inequality- It stands for when one group of people is considered different from another.
It is varies among historical time period, societies, system etc. Inequality between persons has
been created for the reason of unequal distribution of income. Variable changes are done in
incomes and wealthy distribution is also another reason of same issue. This process is considered
as wrongful act which is not enforceable by law (Milanovic, 2011). Wage payment by
organization are different on the basis of certain reasons. Companies have to follow equal pay for
equal act which is mentioned under provision of law. This issue is increases day by day which is
drag down the performance of country. This term is considered as threat for growth and
development of economy. The situation is created due to wider gap between education in most
part of country. Also most of the companies discriminate women during course of employment.
