Coaching demand for much mental and physical effort leading to high levels of fatigue. If the
coaching is in the field much physical energy is consumed (Chaffey and White 2010). In a case
where it is totally indoor then mental strains are incurred since explaining and demonstrating is
highly required. Covering a large area also leads to possibilities of having many
clients/customers who must be served by the firm thus the work load being much. There is a
likelihood that the Swinburne Guru Consulting hires people in contract basis to cater for
consultancy when all the permanent workers / employees are busy in the firm’s

her staff are always in a constant run to streamline their services. They want to make their
coaching service better and better every time.
All growing business face many challenges in their process of growth. The challenges are
diverse in nature; the cover from financial, manpower legal market to technological challenges.
Swinburne Guru Consulting is facing a number of challenges which we are going to discuss
below .We will go extra mile to stating ways which we think if implemented can bring a success
to the organization.
Having many workers in the firms makes it a requirement for the firm to make information. The
firm should allocate and feed information in secure webs servers and phone applications. For
example, using Microsoft share point you can set a company website portal which can be
accessed by all employees to access firm’s information at all time. Website links should also be
created to assist in spreading information to all the customers of the firm(Check land, P. and
Howell, S., 2018..)

As any business either large scale or small scale must have some challenges or some shortfalls.
Challenges seems to bring business down but in a way they give the business a power to
rejuvenate and become powerful. Challenges are viewed to be internal or external depending on
where they originate from and how they affect the business. They are brought about by factors
which are either internal or external to the business. The business is facing a space problem. The
working space is not ample. The staffs run their business in a small office. This shows that
lighting, air circulation, walking and storing conditions are not favorable. When such conditions
are not favorable there is likely to be adverse effect. If lighting condition is not good the staffs
are likely to strain their eyes. As a result, they will end up with eye sicknesses thus lowering their
output in the business.( DeLong, W.H. and McLean, E.R., 2012.)
If air circulation conditions are not good, there is likelihood of spreading communicable
diseases. If staffs spread diseases among themselves the firm will end up at some point lacking
staff for they maybe would have taken a break for treatment purposes. Still on challenges if the
space is small, documents are likely to be misplaced. Finding them when they are needed wastes
a lot of time to retrieve them because they are pilled to create room for much space. The Guru
Consulting firm should therefore increase their working space by either shifting to a larger office
or constructing their office to be large enough for their operations (McNurlin and Sprague 2011).
Another great challenge facing the firm is insufficient staffs. The number of staffs is very low;
this is a great challenge since it forces Emily to hire man power from outside to assist in
coaching. She hires people to come in the business and assist in setting standards for the business
to go another higher level. The staffs also lack adequate skill for the business. Their skill is low
such that their employer (Emily) has to hire specialists from Bas to analyze and calculate for the
business to move to another higher level. Any business should always have some specialists to
do such jobs as analyzing different aspects of the business. Specialists should always be within

the business to assist anytime their services are needed. The future of this business is likely to be
doomed in case it doesn’t employ its own specialists. The business must put up strategies for a
future which must be bright to the business and the customers. For the betterment of the
coaching activities of the firm, it must have enough, well skilled employees.
One challenge of this fast growth of a firm or an association is that no single entrepreneur or
rather a CEO can work by him/herself alone. The CEO will need some help from other
specialists in the fields he has minimal skills at. Such cases are always true and it me means been
more obvious to the association. Emily being the CEO of this enterprise she doesn’t recognize
the whole lot at the time she consequently has given herself enough time to learn and regulate
absolutely to the brand new commercial enterprise she is proceeding to make bigger as much as.
In my opinion, a great number of drawbacks in a business are met by entirely experts so that the
business maybe a successful. These experts specialize in different fields. Welcoming
motivational speakers assist the CEO in improving the know-how and talents of workers that
they need to check into specific troubles at precise instances, and might offer the fine possible
effects (Longley et al 2015).
Finances will ever be a challenge to all expanding businesses All finances in the business must
be well taken care of. All transaction concerning finances must be carefully checked since
finances are the aspect number one which can make a business successful or not. For Emily and
her business to comfortably sustain customers, to comfortably coach the customer her business
bust be financially stable. In such a case a case the firm will have to get some loans if its own
finances will not be adequate.
Yes, Emily wants to enlarge the business but there is a lot of unknown factors when it comes to
dealing with the future. Emily will therefore have to do a lot in consulting a lot for the purpose of
the business. Consulting in wide range assist the association to have very many ideas and skills
on how to all with the customers during all the coaching session. All the customers needs must
doomed in case it doesn’t employ its own specialists. The business must put up strategies for a
