Rationale of the research
The major reason for selection of this topic is that researcher wanted to explore the
understanding and knowledge about the subject. Obesity is very common topic in the present
time as every one faced this heath disorder (Hughes and Ferrett, 2011). In order to get deep
knowledge about the obesity management, researcher will select this topic as research topic. In
the present time, most of the obesity problem has been seen in the young and adult people who
is age of 20 to 30. There are several reasons for increasing the issue of obesity within the young
people. The major reason for selecting this topic as research topic is that scholar have huge
curiosity to acknowledge the reason for obesity in the young people. Another reason is that
scholar have sufficient information about the mentioned topic (Hyatt, 2013). In this present
study, scholar has selected the topic related to the obesity management under which researcher
wanted to analyse the strategies to deliver effective treatment to obesity patient. Scholar wanted
to explore the factors that influence the obesity problem and also desires to acknowledge about
the strategies to overcome the issue of obesity.

Significance of the obesity management among young and adult people who is the age of 20 to
30 year old.
As per the view of Guzman and et.al., (2015) obesity management is very essential in the
present time because due to this issue several kinds of the health problem occurred in the human
being. It is very important to provide the effective knowledge about the obesity management in
the youth, adult and old people, children through which they can manage their healthy life.
People should take the proper sleep in their life for improving the issue of the obesity. By taking
the proper sleep, individual can escape from the obesity problem. In the opinion of it is very
important to manage the obesity in the young and adult people because if they do not focus on
this health issue then it will create other heath problems like heart disease, diabetes, high blood
pressure, certain cancers and other chronic conditions etc.
Factor that influence overweight and obesity within the young and adult people who is the age of
20 to 30 year old.
As per the view of Hughes and Ferrett, (2011) improper diet balance and consuming too
many calories is one of the major factor that influence to the obesity within the people. The
energy value of the food is measured in unit called calories. While people consume the calories
in high level of quantity then obesity problem can occurs in the body of people. As per the view
of R., Bluff, and Clayton, (2012) poor diet is another major factor that influence to the obesity
problem in the human being. While people eat large amount of processed or fast food, drinking

start with comprehensive lifestyle management like proper diet, physical activity, behaviour
modification etc. In the opinion of McCarthy and Rose, (2010) there is huge requirement to
understand the significance of the obesity management in the human being because due to the
obesity problem, individual can face other kind of the issue related to the health. It is very
importance for the individual to understand the strategies to overcome the obesity. Firstly human

CHAPTER 3 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is one of the most important aspect in the research study under
which scholar can access the actual objective by use of various methods. With help of various
methods of the research methodology, scholar can attain its determined objective. In this study
following are some method will apply-
Research philosophies- Research philosophy is the path to resolve the issue in the
research study. Researcher can easily access the right solution with help of this method.
Major two kind of the philosophies that is interpretivism and positivism. In the present
study, scholar will implement positivism philosophy for obtain the right and effective
solution (Denzin and Lincol, 2005).
Research approach- Research approach is that method which aid in analysing the
objective of study. In the present study, scholar will apply deductive research approach
for find out the strategies to deliver effective treatment to the obesity patient (Denzin and
Lincoln, 2005).
Research design- Research design helps to the scholar in collecting, assessing and
analysing the information about the subject. In this study, scholar will apply descriptive
research design for analysing the strategies to deliver effective treatment to obesity
patient (Khalid, A. N. S., 2009.)
Research technique- Qualitative research technique will apply in the study for analysing
the strategies to deliver effective treatment to the patient. With help of qualitative
research technique, the data can be analyse in graph, charts and table.
Data collection- In this method scholar collect the information about the subject for attain
the objective. Major two kind of data collection method that is primary and secondary. In
this present study, primary data collection can apply for taking the fresh information
about the topic of obesity management (Johnson and Christensen, 2010). In this present
research primary data collection can be used to examine the fresh information about the
topic of obesity management because with help of primary data collection, fresh
information about the subject can obtain.
Sampling- Scholar will take the 20 young and adult people who age of the 20 to 30 year
old and who is facing the obesity issue

CHAPTER 4: DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
In the research researcher required various resources such as human resource, time, fund
etc. Each resource is very important in the study for conduct the investigation. First resource is
human resource where the scholar has used to them in collection of information. In addition to
this, another significant resource is time which required in the entire investigation as all activity
of the research should completed in the specific period of time. In order to match this research
with the research question, scholar has divided the entire time duration in the 16 weeks so as
research question can easily address. In addition to this, financial resource has used to print
questionnaire, purchase stationary, internet cost, transportation cost etc.
In this present research, the major aim of the investigator is to analyse the factor which
causes the obesity issue in the young and adult people who have age of 20 to 30 year old. In
order to collect the information about the obesity in the young and adult people, investigator has
been selected the 20 young and adult people who are studying and working in the corporate. In
order to collect primary information, scholar has prepared a systematic questionnaire along with
the questions of obesity management. In addition to this researcher taken the personal email id of
the adult and young people and sent the questionnaire to all of them. This is the best way to
collect the primary data because in this method of data collection, respondents can freely share
their view and opinions.
