be more effective than augmentation IS which is prone to errors particularly due to human
input.

I have chosen user generated content as it dominates the internet and influences the world in

source of information. Many people leverage social media platforms such as Twitter to obtain
information especially regarding risks and crises. The researchers conducted a research that
