trough self- learning. There is a limitation of this method of learning as it depends on the learner that
whether he seriously wants to learn something or not because it includes an individual’s effort only.
Formal training sessions are specially relates to binding the employees to sit in a training session for a
particular time period and to gain knowledge about a particular topic or pre-defined syllabus. It does not
have the freedom to choose the time and syllabus of the training. This is the major reason of promoting
informal learning at workplace instead of formal training sessions.
